Very nice place to eat Caribbean cuisine. Clean friendly and costs is not to much, you get good sized meals. Very happy

Very expensive. Food lacked flavor/seasoning, slow service... last time I went to this restaurant prior to my most recent visit was in 2016 and things were great.

Up until I went here I was never the biggest fan of Haitian food. Thanks to Kombit that has officially changed. The food is truly delicious, I enjoyed every little bite. Everything was freshly prepared, from the homemade fruit juices to the appetizers to the main course. But I guess all that comes at a cost, everything took so dam long to come out. Literally got there at 9 and didn’t leave until 12, the chef really takes their sweet little time back there in the kitchen. The service wasn’t the best either, I mean I know it’s Caribbean restaurant but all the attitude can be saved for the behind the counter take out spots, not at an actual sit down restaurant. The prices seemed a little high in my opinion and they automatically add gratuity. Definitely might only be good for takeout.

Best Haitian experience in downtown Brooklyn. *Fire Slaw Pikilz is the best you'll find outside of Port-au-Prince. * Not for the weak taste buds.

Way back around 2007, I went with a friend for a casual bite and it left such an impression on me that every time I thought of it, my mouth would water After many years, had the opp to sit down here and dine last summer and it just wasn't as good. I don't know why...?

The food was tasteless. No texture I don't know for their drink. Their costumer service was great. She is fun to talking my friend who is completely a stranger first time tasting Haitians cuisine. It was a disaster. For the food the don't deserve one star.
