Los Angeles 1st Church’s history goes back 120 years to 1895 with the founding of the Church of the Nazarene denomination. Dr. Phineas Bresee and Dr. J.P. Widney wanted to start a church that emphasized the holiness of the gospel that was lived out in the action of love, especially among the poor of Los Angeles.

Interesting place to visit
Long walk to get there, just to get some can goods and apples! But hey! Food is food, when your starving... Went to SOVA a week ago, another food bank that is Awesome!!!! And I've ran into somebody that was telling me, that this food bank gives out good stuff on Saturday's! So i guess i went on a bad day! But i was still thankful!!!😊
