Was walking back to my Hotel room from the Denver Nuggets basketball game and was looking for something different and did not expect what I found, this place is quaint and a hidden little gem! The menu was simple but has plenty of great choices and the service was top notch, my server Esteban was very helpful as knowledgeable as his Aunt owns the restaurant! I had a glass of Pinot Grigio and ordered the Aji De Gallina dish and wow it was not only presented well but the flavors were a welcome change! If you like trying different ethnic foods then this Authentic Peruvian restaurant is a must stop, great atmosphere, laid back and well worth trying.

I did go there for the buffet but buffets didn't hold on Saturdays. Reason I wanted the buffet was because I wanted to try everything since I've never eaten Peruvian meals before. 😦😣😢 But the interior was beautiful and the lady who received us was really friendly, nice and helpful. I will return, thanks for the service and information.

Food was great. The main thing is there is no parking for this restaurant. The parking right next to it charges $15 Flat Rate.

My wife is Peruvian and I have had good Peruvian food. This was just disappointing. $20 a person for a tiny buffet with barely passable food. I will not be coming back and I recommend others to not come.

Los Cabos is a Denver gem! The ceviche is the best I've ever had. I love any dish they do with the potatoes as well. We try to go as often as we can.

Read previous review decided to try today. We had the buffet. Had multiple choices including salad, soup and main course dishes. Never having eaten Peruvian food did not know what to expect. Salads were fresh and tasty. Had marinated fish. Tasted several of main dishes all were hot but not spicy. Had flan , very good, for desert. Wait staff were attentive but not hovering. Restaurant is plain but food tastes good and is filling.

For those vegans and vegetarians out there. Los Cabos is now offering vegan options for all their dishes! Even my favorite Lomo saltado is now available with tofu instead of meat! They even have their own separate cookware to prepare the vegan food! Delicious stuff!

Came from Chicago to Colorado on a road trip and found one of the best Peruvian restaurants ever. I'm 100% Peruvian so take my word for it. Its cozy, affordable, great service. I wish I could give this place 6 stars.

This place is great! Really authentic and tasty food with friendly people. Love the lunch bar, no microwaved fakeness here.
