Dreadful, the lady did not know how to listen. Did exactly the opposite of what I asked her. And when i tried to explain to her again what I wanted she said "thats not how this hairstyle goes". Ok so I guess she knows more than me what style i want... Never coming back

I did not get a hair cut for reason that i walk in and no one acknowledge me. The blonde lady seen me and did not say a word i stood there for 5 mins not one word what kind of customer service is that? That's bad management. Need to teach hairstyles customer service.

Reasonably priced haircut but it's hit and miss depending on who's cutting your hair. It's also good to show them a photo of the hairstyle you want as they tend to do a better job cutting your hair.

Got my hair cut. It looked like a child played with my hair and butchered it. I got my money back and that still didn’t make it better. Maybe take a class or 2 before you pretend to be a hairdresser

The one star is for Cynthia, not for anyone else. We called to schedule a haircut and Cynthia answered the phone. We asked for a specific hair stylist and she told us the next available appointment. When we arrived at the scheduled time, she told us the appointment was actually 30 minutes earlier so we were late and missed it. She then said the next available appointment will be an hour later. She also insisted that she gave us the correct time over the phone. She may know how to cut hair but she is a liar, she may have been doing more than one thing at the same time and didn’t realize she gave the wrong time. It is not good customer service to insist you are correct and the customer is wrong. I was also not doing anything at the time of the phone conversation and was focused so I am absolutely positive of what I heard. Cynthia is a liar and needs training in customer service skills. She is wasting her customer’s valuable time when she makes mistakes like that. Everyone’s time is valuable 😊

Cynthia knew exactly what she was doing. I loved my haircut and blow dry. The reason for 4 stars is because she kept multitasking while attending me. I would’ve liked a more 1:1 experience but do understand they we’re short handed. I would definitely recommend it to a family or friend.

I made an appointment for 11 aclock the day before because the wait is usually long and they didnt respect the appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early and wasnt even greeted. The lady I made my appointment had just started someone else's haircut. Sat down after standing for 10 minutes. 25 minutes later they said they would be with me in a bit. When they finally had the chance to get to me they asked if I had an appointment and tried acting apologetic when I said yeah at 11 when it was already 1130. I just left because she was taking her time sweeping.
