If I could've rated ZERO stars I would have! A complete waste of time... I believe the "$2000" voucher was a ploy to get us there... wasted our entire Sunday and didn't want us to post prices... $12,000 for a 40in picture... Please... I can't even finish my review..
Metcalf was an amazing host for our first family portrait. We felt right at home and welcomed by the Metcalf family. The pictures turned out beautiful, and they even got our dog to smile! Highly recommend visiting Metcalf.

High pressure sales! The sales person says you will be walked through the process and will love the end result. Fact is you aren’t walked through anything once they have your money you never here from them again! I HATE my portrait and Can’t get any money back. Unfortunate! It’s all about the money and no customer service! What is equally disappointing is I have reached out to the studio multiple times to express my dislike in our portrait with absolutely no return phone call to make it right! HIGH PRESSURE SALES - DO NOT ENTER WITHOUT 1OK + ready spend!

I will never be able to say thank you enough for the opportunity forwarded to us by the staff for a free family photo however I was so saddened because I misunderstood what it was. We will have a beautiful photo.to hang but one of my favorite photos of.my son I could never afford to own. My husband is a disabled veteran and I have had to leave work to care for him so 500 to 2000 for a photo we would never be able to swing on our budget. I loved the attention and the photos and understand this is completely on me for not understanding the rules of the prize. If you have the money her work is beautiful. Well worth it if you can afford it and I can't say thank you enough for the opportunity.
