Love this venue! Ze, the assistant to the owner, was very friendly and warm. She was so pleasant to talk to. Great location. Parking may be a problem for events, but they are working on that.

I filmed a scene for a movie here and I give it five stars because they were friendly, accommodating, and informative. Even when issues arose, they did their best to handle it with grace and professionalism. Mann is very nice, personable, and makes himself available to you.**Note: If you're filming, give him a heads up so he can make sure the place is quiet**

Mann and Metro Wealth are running a very professional operation. Great location, great communication before booking and studio space is equipped with everything you need for a great shoot!! Had a small issue with parking, that was able to be solved immediately. The professionalism is much appreciated!! I'm bringing ALL my business back for sure.

I am excited about taking acting classes there. We have an awesome acting coach who is extremely knowledgeable in this field. I attended a workshop yesterday with Jamal Woolard. We learned a lot from him and I am looking forward for many more to attend.
