Dangerous company. I had one bill that I tried to pay online multiple times. It would say my card went through but wouldn't give a confirmation. I emailed them multiple times asking for confirmation and never got a response. Rather than respond they sent my bill to collections where I payed it immediately.

Be careful of the billing and payment department for this vendor. My insurance company paid my portion of the bill from my HRA account. Instead of applying that payment to the amount I owe, MetroPath reduced the contractual discount on my account, then billed me for the amount that had already been paid from my HRA. The first time they did this, I didn't realize what had happened, and I paid them again. It has been a frustrating and time-intensive experience trying to get them to refund my erroneous payment. The second time this happened, I had to get my insurance company on the phone with them to get it straightened out.

Apparently not all your bills will show up under your account online, which I was only made aware of when one of them went to collections. I wouldn't have made an online account unless I thought I could check my bills on it, so basically theres no point in making an online account. Just wanted to give people a heads up. Not the best experience and seems counterproductive on their part.

I had submitted a review so this is an addendum. The management also lied about why they fired me stating I did not have the skills, education, etc. to perform the job. This is wholly untrue. I have nearly 12 years in my field. They let me go because of dishonest, inept input from coworker training me who said herself that was not a good trainer. She gave dishonest reports to the managers of my work and would not report the correct reports outnumbering any mistakes during my learning curve. Management lied to the state of Colorado that I am unskilled or not educated when what MetroPath did was to NOT give the allotted time of 3 months, but instead gave my job to a former employee who had left because of "Hostile work environment." They want to cover themselves, but it's wholly untrue that my skills and experience could not have performed their job satisfactorily. The truth is that by the time they fired me, I had learned enough to be able to move forward with accuracy and I would swear by this in court. They listened to the lies of the co-workers opting in a spirit of politics, office politics, set ups, open loud obnoxious direct humiliation by one co-worker, abuse, hostile emotional attack and a lying other co-worker training me, who was inept at training and DISHONEST at reporting. The Management and department lied to cover themselves and fired me ...because they could. I suffered verbal abuse, brutal accusations and treatment by the General Lab Manager whose beady and cold eyes consistently communicated her cold dislike of me, a new employee, while she accused me of lying, of pretending my experience, when my experience is legally documented. Not a healthy company to work for and cannot recommend this company. It's about money of course. I understand business, but I will not and cannot accept out and out lies about my experience and record of seasoned transcriptionist experience so they could fire me with a reasonably clear conscience. I don't think so, MetroPath. You lied.

I've been trying to work with their billing and payment department for three months as I am disabled, on a limited income, and have multiple medical bills that I am working to pay off. Because they won't approve me for a payment plan of what I can afford, they're trying to send me to collections. I literally pay them up to my last cent each month, which unfortunately, isn't enough for them. They are the only one of the medical agencies of which their billing and payment department refuses to work with the patient, and that's rather difficult to swallow. I will always make sure that my doctors will not use this agency again. They do not have a concern for their patients, are unwilling to work with them, and are a component of oppressing the disabled. Absolutely horrific.

Just received a voicemail from this company. There was no explanation as to why they were contacting me. I called back and told the receptionist that I was returning a phone call. I told her the person that called didn't leave a name, just a phone number to call. She told me that there are about 90 ladies working and she doesn't know who to direct me to. I told her that I have no idea who it was or why. She basically shut me down and I still have no idea who called or why. Seems sketchy to me.
