Horrible service! Server was rude! Denied me a additional table to expand the room for all the tapas we ordered. Dropped my check in the middle of my dining service with apps that haven’t even been touched yet. Great food, HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Cute place at Faneuil hall that is open late everyday! The food is good but nothing incredibly special. The interior is cute but can be messy (not as a surprise since they serve drinks and there’s a bar).

Food was so good, but the service was terrible. Our waitress Melissa M. was awful. My boyfriend went to the bathroom and while I waited for him, she dropped off cold chips and the smallest bowl of salsa. Then took 15 more minutes just to take our drink order. When she did finally come back, she says "are you ready to order? Or do you want to order drinks?" So we ordered drinks and went to order our food and she was off before we could even get a word out. 10 minutes later she drops off our drinks, then takes our orders -which came out pretty fast and were delicious thanks to the chef! I had ordered a margarita and my boyfriend ordered a coke and I had asked for a water with lemon and extra sour cream. After she went to the table next to us 4 times and the table behind us about 15 times (they had about 10 people in their party so yes it was actually that many times) she finally came back to check on us. My boyfriend asked for my water and before he could ask for my sour cream, she was gone again. She dropped the water off a few minutes later so then my boyfriend asked again for my sour cream. She brings that and leaves his drink which had been sitting empty for over half of our meal and goes back to tending the 10 people behind us. About 20 minutes later (we had been done with our food for about 15 minutes of that time) she finally drops the check off. I noticed she charged me for the extra sour cream that I waited about a half our for, so needless to say her tip paid for that. I hate leaving bad reviews, but that girl is NOT an asset to your restaurant. My boyfriend raved about this place and it just isn't worth the hassle we went through.

The food was really amazing! I’ve been there a few times there now and have never had a bad experience. It can get surprisingly hectic on the weekends some nights, and everyone is very apologetic for when service isn’t as fast as usual, so you of course have to be understanding for that. Overall though, for some really good food and drinks for great prices, and very great staff, this is the place to go

As an AZ native, Mexican food is very important to me, and Zuma did not disappoint. Great Tex mex options for a very reasonable price. Awesome margaritas! Cool vibe!

The food was a bit too spicy for my husband but the chips and salsa were excellent! My aunt comes here often since its one of her favorite places. Excellent location right in Fanueil hall!

I meet with friends this great spot from time to time! This is my favorite place to eat. I go there at least once a month. The meals are very tasty, the workers are helpful and the charge is good. I like meeting in this place to have a good supper.
