This company is horrible!!! I am urging everyone to choose a different Doctor. The Billing department specifically BRIDGET is the worse. After insurance I owed a balance of $142. I am going through a difficult time and TOLD them when I would be able to pay. The billing department harasses you, she calls and calls and calls and had the NERVE to call my Job and speak to my supervisor AFTER calling my cell and my work phone moments prior. Word of mouth is the power of bringing businesses with BAD customer service DOWN. DO NOT GO HERE.
Dr. Michael Mardiney Jr. was amazing. He was thorough, creative and attentive. His receptionist and staff were friendly and efficient. The practice is not the same now without him. I've only seen the doctor once, and he was polite but impersonal. Some of the staff are wonderful, but others are extremely rude, disinterested and quite frankly under-educated. I've found a new, caring allergist and won't be back.
