All the trainers are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Special shout out to Matt who challenges and encourages me every session and always makes sure I have fun which keeps me coming back. Having lived in in Sydney, London and now Atlanta, I have trained with many personal trainers and in my opinion Midtown Trainers is unmatched and I recommend them to anyone looking to kick start their health journey.

Some guys when they have their midlife crisis buy a sports car. Me, I decided to spend the rest of my life in good shape. After recovering from years of shoulder problems, I lacked upper body strength and had an impressive beer gut. My time in the "big box" gym was spent mostly doing mind-numbing cardio and waiting in line for machines and benches occupied by people staring at their phones. I knew I needed to try something different. I found Midtown Trainers in my online search results and it looked like just the kind of one-on-one training I had in mind. I scheduled an introductory session with Trey. ("Day One" as I call it.) I was concerned I was going to get a high-pressure sales pitch, but Trey immediately put that worry to rest. He was knowledgable, focused on my personal goals, and laid out all the options MT offers with consideration toward my schedule and budget. That was three months ago. I tell my friends who ask about my transformation that I didn't hire a trainer... I hired a TEAM of trainers. Because that's what it feels like working with Midtown Trainers. Trey and his team of certified professionals have worked around (and beyond) my physical limitations to provide a personalized experience that would be hard to match in any other setting. As happy as I am with the progress I've made, I know my journey has just begun. Midtown Trainers is helping my work on improving my nutrition to fuel my workouts and lose body fat. My shoulders are back to 100% and getting stronger every day. I'm finally saying goodbye to my beer gut and actually liking what I see when I look in the mirror. Finally, a shout-out to Matt who pushes me until I curse and cuss: I don't normally swear like that, really. :^) It might not sound like it, but I really do enjoy our workouts!

Midtown Trainers can always get me into the studio when I am in town. The scheduling is flexible, expert trainings will and waiting to help, and privacy to focus on form and my injuries without me feeling self conscious like at big box gyms. Give MT a try and you will NOT regret it. Take the time to invest in yourself like I did one year ago, and they will invest their resources into you as well to provide you with that healthy and happy lifestyle balance!

I'm sure Midtown Trainers is a great choice for someone who has a lot of weight to lose or who has not worked out before. When I joined, I was already accustomed to working out and really wanted to take my fitness to the next level. Unfortunately, after nearly six months of four sessions per week, there has been no change in my body composition or weight or strength. The equipment is limited and if there are multiple trainers with clients at the same time, some equipment isn't available, which is frustrating when trying to increase your strength. If you are considering this facility, be very clear about your goals and ask how frequently your trainer will review your progress and how often they'll change your workout plan to ensure you are getting the best results. Before signing up, I was pretty clear about my goals, but I was remiss in asking the right questions about the services they would provide and I had to continue to remind them of my goals. I got the right answers in the moment, but the follow through was lacking. I should have only signed up for one month instead of making a longer commitment. Hopefully, this review will help someone avoid the same expensive (in terms of money and time) mistake that I made.

What's best about Midtown is that they listen. They listen to your goals and needs, and take it into account when designing your workouts or even your dietary needs. I was very concerned about my form as I had a back injury. They not only made sure my form was safe, but also focused on increasing my lower back strength. I've been pain free for over a year now, and Midtown was a huge factor. This was only possible because of the 1 on 1, focused nature of their workout studio. I wouldn't have achieved the same results in a larger gym.

I can’t say enough good things about Midtown Trainers. I feel so welcomed here. I came into the facility very overweight and with a high body fat % and was tired of being sick and tired. I had no idea what I was doing just knew I wanted to change my life and become healthy. I knew I wanted a judge free/private professional place to get fit and something tailored to MY current health situations as I do have fibromyalgia also..... A stress free zone so to speak for me to de stress and burn off some steam. I picked the right facility by coming here no doubt. Midtown Trainers have been life saving for me in so many ways. I love how the trainers keep in my mind MY current fitness level , health condition and overall health goals. It’s the easiest transition into becoming healthy that I’ve ever experienced and I’m 38. Pam is my trainer and she is great at tailoring the sessions personally for me. Pam is The Best ever! She is always attentive, prompt, organized, always set up and ready to go pushing me to do my best. Pam keeps all the exercises fresh and new so it’s exciting to work out. I’m always greeted with a smile and a good Morning which sets a positive tone. She’s very committed to my goals. She is very encouraging. I know my strength is improving my body does not ache and hurt as much, my joints crack less and my sleep has done a 360 improving a great deal. They do more than train here. Midtown Trainers will go the extra mile giving you the tools to grow such as nutrition and training regimens to follow when your away so your sticking to your goals. The staff is very friendly and professional at all times. You can definitely tell they all love their jobs and what they do....Very experienced as well. The environment is always so clean, calm and relaxed. It’s a joy to be a part of motivated trainers who work really hard for us to achieve our goals every day. I have noticed a big increase in my energy as well. I have no hesitation in recommending this facility and any of these trainers. Let Midtown Trainors help you meet your fitness goals too.

While I am relatively new at Midtown Trainers I have been very happy with their level of care, support and interest in my goals. Getting to work one on one with a trainer really makes a difference in terms of the workout and I have found it particularly exhausting because the trainers know exactly where and when to push. I'm excited to keep working with them into the future.

After 2 ACL surgeries, and developing knee pain from arthritis, I was struggling to move, walk or even sleep at age 45. After the past 18 months of treatments with doctors, physical therapy, and constant pain, I was desperate to find a gym to fit my needs and get me moving again. Needed a gym/trainers that could create an individualized work out for me to strengthen the joint and the muscles in my leg/core. The other requirements I needed were that I have to be at work at 7AM every morning so 6AM start time would not work. I also have 3 little ones under 5 years old so evenings was not an option. Needed a gym with tons of flexibility (to easily get into a routine), open early (most trainers/gyms open at 6AM), took a "smart" approach to exercising (with software to monitor your heart rate and record previous workouts) and most of all was a little different. Midtown Trainers seemed to fit the bill, but was apprehensive initially. After 4 months, I have no knee pain. All of my muscles around my knee so much stronger and getting even stronger. No heavy weights, just smart exercising. They start sessions at 5AM in 15 min increments so the flexibility has been great. I am able to get a session in, ice and shower, all before 7AM. Their scheduling software is top notch. Trainers (all of them) are well prepared and come with different routines every time. Working with different trainers also keeps it fresh (ALL of my workouts have been different). Lastly, the office is very responsive to all of my questions. Overall, very satisfied with shop. Plan to keep working with them and make this a permanent routine.

Ms. Robinson, Matt, and Trey are all nice and have different styles and personalities suitable for all types of people. Midtown Trainers is great. It;s just the jump start you need to get back to your healthy self. They work at your pace, understand what works best for you and even guide your eating habits. They are very encouraging as well. I lost 45lbs in 9 months. I didn't rate them at 5 stars because they are not equipped to change your clothes, they aren't any evening or weekend training opportunities and the staff transition wasn't messaged well. I still enjoyed working with them a lot and have the results to back that statement up.

I have been working out with the team at Midtown trainers. The entire staff has been wonderful and been extremely accommodating in helping me meet my fitness goals. I starting feeling better physically and mentally from the first week I started. I am losing inches on my waistline and building muscle. I was so nervous when looking for a trainer. I used to value sleep over any physical activity. When I decided to look for a trainer finally I found Midtown Trainers. I was super nervous at first but Trey was super nice and answered all my questions. I decided right there on the spot to train with them. Trey was very careful and made sure to listen to my history so he could best help me. So I started doing the small group workouts and that’s where Trey paired me with Nicole! Nicole is amazing! She has helped mow reach so many goals! I have more energy and the most important thing of all is I actually look forward to come in and train. Midtown trainers is the best and worth every penny. I highly recommend making the commitment! You will not regret it ! Def workout with Nicole if you can she is so worth it!
