I brought a real problem truck into these guys after 2 other shops were unable to fix it (each shop had it for 3 days). These guys had my issue resolved in less than 2 hours. They deserve 10 stars! Thank you for the great service!
BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!! Guess I’m the lucky one that gets to pay a hefty bill for almost nothing done! First off the tech was late! Then he didn’t bring the right tools, took my stuff back to their shop to scrape the old gasket off then made me come get my parts! There was no special tool used as I was told that I’d need one for the installation, turns out, I’m the tool for trusting these people and getting ripped off! I paid for a service call that the tech showed up late to, he took my parts that I had to go pick up, didn’t have a service truck and worst of all I still have to install the part in my truck!!! Total for a whole 15-20 minutes worth of work.... $245.33! This cost me another day of downtime!!! I will say that my tech did have a pleasant attitude and was decent and he even loaned me a tool for the job so I really can’t blame him but to pay $245.33 for almost nothing is a big ripoff! I could have seriously left the parts there and bought them online and saved myself almost $200.00 I will never use them again and my suggestion would be to stay far away unless you like to pay for nothing and you have money to burn! This is just my experience and I feel completely taken advantage of. They have probably done work for other customers and the customers were happy with whatever was done but unfortunately I can’t say that. Again, my tech was a nice guy but the company, in my opinion, took advantage of me and ripped me off! If you decide to use them then I wish you better luck then I had. UPDATE.... instead of calling to remedy the situation you lied! I explained exactly what I was doing and where I was! You did nothing to accommodate anyone or anything! You send a “tech or shop foreman” that did not even have the tools necessary for the job! I was explained the rate and accepted it but I accepted it because I thought Your people would know what they were doing. No matter how you try to spin this, in my opinion, you ripped me off!!! Your “foreman” showed up late, did not bring the right tools, refused to do the work he was asked to do and took my parts back to Your shop and made me come get them. If you have any moral compass at all you would have called to remedy this issue and clearly be able to see that I was WWAAAYYY OVER CHARGED!!! I wouldn’t mind paying for a service call and having him come out but what you charged is borderline robbery in my opinion! If you cant do the job or don’t have the tools or going to be late dont blame it on a kids broken arm or a shop in such utter disarray that no one can do anything just call the person waiting on you to let them know and then dont over charge for work you couldn’t do!
The truck went in for an ac issue which they fixed in a few hours. They were very thorough and fixed or air filter which at least 3shops had previously overlooked. The entire staff was considerate and went out of their way to help with my rental car's flat tire, and professional. This was the first shop I had been to where the staff seemed happy to help. They even left a care package in the truck!
Very reasonable. Straight shooters. Great work. Fast service. 👍
Third day now trying to get slack adjusters put on and fuel tank drained. First day the tech said the keys were locked in the truck. Hopefully i get out of here today.
I had some major mechanical issues on my trailer where the breaks totally locked up in downtown,and almost caught on fire.. They sent there mobile repair truck out to me and had to cut the one axles brakes in half so they would release enough to get me the mile or so to there shop..They we're extremely busy but took right care of me and made the repair with most haste.. Being and out of state trucking company stuck away from home where most try to take advantage of your situation MTR repair were very respectful and proffesprofeand never once tried to over charge for there repairs..I give the company the highest rating possible and would give them a 10 if at all possible..Super professional and Super staff from the mechanic to the office. Thank you K.W for your attentiveness to my situation and your professional way and kindness.
I have used MTR for three plus years now they have gone above and beyond for me and my company! The owner and staff are very well versed in diesel engines, trailers and all aspects of repair. U have called them with an emergency and was back on the road that evening. Thanks guys for taken great care of my equipment!
You guys are awesome! Wish there were more like you!!! Great team from mechanics to office personal and of course the owner! Top service, upfront, honest, and all around helpful! It's got to be the cleanist most organized team player shops I've been too! Reasonably priced with top service. Helpful little goodie bags while you wait. Thanks for the phenomenal service!
