Trendy and fun
These guys have the most professional tools available. Their customer service is truly second to none, I've never dealt with any company anywhere that can compare to how well they treat me and how quickly they respond. If you can't get a top 10 ranking with what Moz has to offer, than you're just doing something wrong.
The service is heavily overpriced but because MOZ is a pioneer in offering an alternative to Google's Page Rank they earned their authority. There are lot's of marketing platforms that are offering more at a lower cost.

I'm very grateful for the Moz Local service. It helped me discover (and eliminate) a duplicate Facebook page that was using my personal address and phone number instead of my correct business info. As you can imagine, I was mortified! Thankfully the problem was cleared up pretty quickly once I knew about it. Great job to Moz and it's wonderful staff!
Was very disappointed in their tool. For all their "industry knowledge" their site is fluff at best.
