This is the email owners girlfriend, I was the patient. I went in to get my wisdom teeth removed, all 4. I had an appointment, it was busy and they got me in a little late (Means they are good and no complaint here) Shirley the evaluation nurse, made me feel so comfortable and she was so nice and happy. Then there was Courtney, she assisted in getting me prepped for the surgery, she was also very nice, helpful and joyful. Then there was Dr. Johnson. I only met him for a few minutes. But he was amazing, knew exactly what he was talking about, importantly enough he also made me feel very comfortable and in good hands. He was also so polite.The rest of the staff was great, it was a great experience. They took good care of me and made me feel welcome in their office. They are affordable too. If I ever need to go back for something oral, no doubt I will go to them. Highly recommended *****

I went there for my teeth extraction. I haven't gotten the operation yet, so I still have to go back. However, my experience wasn't so great. There was a woman there, who checked my teeth, before I got into surgery. I told her I didn't have the full amount of money up front, and asked if I could do it monthly. She walks outside, and rudely says to the doctor, and everyone else, "Well, it looks like (so and so) won't be getting her surgery today!" I found that to be quite necessary. The staff didn't seem very respectful, except for the doctor, himself.

My experience at Nevada Oral & Facial Surgery Center exceeded all expectations. I'm Extremely thankful of how helpful and kind all the staff were. I was struggling to get my insurance to approve my wisdom teeth extraction for about a year. After 2 failed attempts, and denial of my appeal, i decided to just just schedule my consultation with Dr. Johnson, and pay out of pocket for the procedure. after explaining my situation to Dr Johnson and Yolie(treatment coordinator), they offered to contact my insurance company to see if they could get the approval. Sure enough, a few weeks later, i received a phone call from their office stating that they were able to persuade my insurance company to cover my wisdom teeth extraction! i don't think i can thank Dr. Johnson and his staff enough for this. I'm so grateful they took the time and went out of their way to do this for me, because it certainly was not expected of them to do such. Furthermore, the procedure itself went very smooth, with very minimal pain. Kally, the surgery assistant, was simply amazing: a very warm and kind person with great bedside manner. She definitely helped with easing my anxiety, and took the time to answer all my questions. this office exemplifies phenomenal patient care, and i'm very happy that i had my procedure performed here. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone seeking an experienced oral surgeon.

I would recommend this place for any type of oral surgery. From the moment you walk in you feel like you are being treated like family and friends. Dr Hunter and the assistants make you feel so comfortable even when you know that you'll be getting teeth taken out at any minute. The atmosphere is so friendly and warm with the decor and family lounge. We were warned that the summer months were crowded with long waits, but it was reasonable and not that bad.

I walked in to the office and immediately was treated with kindness and respect. The surgeon was impeccable as well as the service. Who would have known getting my wisdom teeth out would be such a great experience? By the way, did I mention I had no pain after the procedure?. I would 100% recommend Nevada Oral and Facial Surgery for an easy and fantastic experience.

Bad day when i go to nevada oral facial surgery! I never ever go again to this place. first the tell me before they surgery I'm going to pay 234.60 And the insurance they going to cover 929.40 Then after the surgery they say oh sorry the insurance they dont cover so you have to pay another 328 that was not my mistake but I pay b/c they say you have to pay ! I hate this place .

Nevada oral and facial surgery staff was very friendly and accommodating. Went in for my wisdom teeth extractions and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Laurie and Karla provided more than perfect service. Karla went over my treatment and answered all my questions throughly. Laurie was a blast she had lots of jokes up her sleeve and I loved it. Definely recommending this place to everyone. Thanks again!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Nevada Oral & Facial Surgery & Dr. Johnson!! I had a consultation with Dr. Johnson @ the Smoke Ranch Office. Staff was so nice and friendly. Schedule extraction of my wisdom teeth for the following week at the Henderson location (only because it worked better for me) with Dr. Johnson. Again, all the women at the front desk were so friendly. The assistants Judy and Stephanie were so kind when getting me ready for the surgery, making me laugh and really calming my nerves. After care was so easy!! I had no pain at all, very little swelling. When I left they gave me a care package bag with ramen soup, salt, tea & gauze. I thought that was a very cute and thoughtful parting gift. The office even called me that night to make sure I was feeling ok or if I had any questions. I would recommend Dr. Johnson to everybody- he was very kind and really, a great doctor!! He made my extraction so easy and pretty much painless. Thank you!!!!

THANK YOU, Dr. Vargas & staff!! I'm still recovering from the surgery. It's going to take a bit to recover from the massive infection due to not being able to find a competent Dentist to treat me until I found you. I'm following all of your instructions (obviously, I was in SEVERE pain when I got to your office) and the pain has lessened a great deal. Thank you for your patience with my whining & moaning...sorry about that. And truly, THANK YOU for not treating me with less than respect and compassion, and most of all...for being very thorough in the surgical procedures and aftercare instructions/antibiotics, understanding my financial limitations and working with me, and for seeing me quickly. All the staff were accommodating, patient and friendly. You helped me when no one else would, addressed my immediate emergency needs with professional care, and I owe you a huge amount of gratitude. Dr. Vargas, you rock.
