After a few tests and five minutes with the doctor, I was informed by Amber Degryse that I had asthma. She prescribed medication that had the most awful effect on me and when I called and left a message nobody even bothered to follow up. My next communication was we moving to new premises and then came the account. Well it seems that the days of caring for your patients are over. Its all about how much can we charge and the more tests we do the better premises we can move to and the bigger cars we can drive. How disappointing? To date the doctor has never called back and my ENT put me on new medication and Im feeling great except for the account. One star for this group is even too much except for the accountant she was super nice and tried to help but to no avail.
Dr. Bayard is awesome!! She takes great care of my mother. Takes time to sit and talk with you and listened to everything that you say and really tries all of the options!
