Yesterday we took my grandma there for a appointment for a biopsy. We were really late but they told us it was ok, that we could still be seen. The receptionist/nurse Sarah was so kind, my mom said "She's so sweet you can get diabetes from her!" :D There was a lady in a maroon suv who we saw in the parking lot that said she worked there and she was also kind. Dr. Kardos was so kind as well and informative, very patient. My grandma was also seen very quickly. Their waiting room is so very warm and comforting. All around I wish all my grandma's appointments were this smooth!!

I was billed for tests never done (no samples were ever taken..nothing). The woman I spoke with at Pathology Reference Laboratory 12/15/17 seemed to have grown annoyed with my questions, saying "have a nice day", and promptly hung up on me.

Neither my wife nor I have ever voluntarily used this company. Yet, I have now received a notice that my account is in collections. If one of our doctors did use their laboratory service we should be billed by the physician and not the lab. I will be disputing this on my credit report vigorously and suggest that anyone else who receives any notice from them do the same.
