I established Professional Hair Design (PHD) in 2015 after working in the hair replacement industry for the last twenty years. I have two decades of experience in non-surgical hair replacement. Managing and training for many of the industry's leaders have been invaluable. I wanted a way to bring a personalized approach to my clients and bring to life many techniques and solutions resulting in happy clients who are like family.

I have used Patty as my stylist for probably 20 years. She is personable, accommodating, and a superb stylist. Living in a couple of other parts of the country several years ago, I tried to find a local stylist, but none had Patty's panache. I wound up flying back every few weeks just to have her cut/style my hair. There just is none better!

I started with a chain hair replacement organization and had a half dozen different stylists before Patty at Professional Hair Design. During my first session with Patty I immediately realized how professional and accomplished she was. I have been seeing Patty now for about 10 (15?) years and when she started her new business, I knew I had to go with her. Not only is she a great stylist, but she is always able to accommodate me if I need to change or add an appointment for a special occasion, holiday or business trip. She is available on email, text or website with rapid response and will patiently listen to your concerns and come up with a solution. Her salon is well equipped and always clean (plus she has a great selection of automobile magazines for me to scan during my visit). Always friendly and upbeat and ready to discuss whatever is on my mind. She has even put me in touch with a roofer (another client) who did an excellent job on my hail damaged Plano home. Go see her!
Some time ago I elected to have surgical hair transplants. For me, this was not successful. I did some research for other options and concluded I would try hair restoration. I determined I must find a gifted professional hair stylist who always uses superior hair. My search led me to Patty, which indeed was my good fortune and has become a real blessing in my life. I live in Oklahoma and travel to Plano for this service. If Patty moves, which is not likely, I will follow. Patty has been my hair stylist for several years. She designs the system, helps you with selecting natural colors and styles, with input from you. Patty does all the related work herself. She will help you select the program and service timing that will be convenient for you. Patty is honest, kind, patient, and pleasant. I receive many comments from folks about my great hair, and they do not know it is a hair restoration system.
Patty has been doing my hair for over 15 years. Before I met Patty, I had tried probably 6-7 different stylist, that for some reason or another did not fit my needs. Patty was honest, dependable, and was a great stylist. When she launched her own business, there was no question I would follow her. As a business woman, she has been very profession, but very understanding to the needs of the customers time and schedule. Patty is very understanding, and she is amendable to accommodate your scheduling needs if possible. Her work is impeccable. She knows her business from the customers needs to the other side of ordering the best quality product for her customers at the best prices. Her location is very accessible and professional. I highly recommend Patty for hair replacement.
Patty is a lovely caring stylist! I was really hesitated and lost since my last experience with my previous hairstylist, he didn’t care about my looks and did a really lousy job. My experience with Patty has been great since day one! I would highly recommend visiting her for sure!
