Have been coming to Restore since they opened- love this place. The whole body cryo has helped me with muscle recovery and relieve back pain after a hard workout. The stretch base studio is incredible, the assisted stretch truly loosens you up. Darby, one of the stretchers, does a fantastic job. I highly recommend a stretch and cryo session together, it really does the trick.

As an avid runner I deal with frequent muscle soreness alongside occasional aches/pains. The Whole Body Cryo and Compression therapy have really helped me recover faster with no lingering discomfort. I highly recommend this business for any Runner or individual who needs help ridding of aches & pains. Just walk right in, talk to the staff and they will take great care of you like they did for me. I had a wonderful experience . Cryotherapy was the best ❄️ I also had a leg compressions and stretch session and I felt like a new woman. I have been so achy in my hips and legs for weeks and walked out with a pep in my step. . All the staff was super sweet ❤️and very knowable and answered all my questions. Awesome experience! My gym crew & Coach O’Hara highly recommends Restore for different types of recovery. I tried Cryotherapy for shoulder pain and immediately felt relief! Very sweet & knowledgeable staff took away my frozen jitters! I will for sure be back !

I was in referred to Restore by Mike O'Hara from Bear Creek Performance training and I was a little skeptical about getting an IV anywhere but a hospital. I am so happy I trusted him and gave it a chance. The nurse was very professional and put me at ease. The whole process was quick, efficient and professional. Cryotherapy, Infared sauna and compression are the services I use most at Restore Cryotherapy. I have been able to recover between workouts which helps me get back to my training quicker to add more gains in all aspects of my physical improvements. These services can be utilized at other places here in Austin but one thing the other places do not have is the staff. I enjoy coming in because I know I will be treated not just like a customer but with significance. To recover is one thing however being treated with care and familiarity is priceless. Thank you!

Restore is wonderful! From the moment I stepped inside I got a very warm welcoming from the staff.
