The technician at the store earlier this afternoon was down right rude and obnoxious! I shall never take my business to this useless dump ever again!

No stars. The staff acts like they are doing you a favor for being there. RUDE and totally UNPROFESSIONAL. I will not be going here again.

It's very rare to find service like this in the auto repair business. Trust and transparency are everything when it comes to finding a good shop. Dave not only went out of his way to explain the entire diagnosis process in great detail, but also went above and beyond to spend an extra 3 hours for free to help with an unrelated problem the car was having. This place is a gem and I will continue to use them as long as I can.

Worst garage and people around... over priced... they didnt do the work they charged me for and told me they did they also broke the plastic underskirt on my car and didnt fix it will never go back again awful people with awful attitudes worst garage ever... they dont evem diserve 1 star

All the staff here is very friendly and honest. Had my state vehicle inspection and it was done within 15 minutes and it was a busy day.

Don't go to Riggio for inspection! Avoid at all costs. I repeat DO NOT have your car inspected here.

Had a tire that needed to be plugged on a Saturday morning and they did it right away with no appointment needed or anything. Greatly appreciated and good workers.

DO NOT have your car inspected here. They failed me for dirty license plates (okay? I guess RMV will replace for free they said), a burned out fog light (I’m okay with that, I can replace myself and actually didn’t know it was out) and a “malfunctioning” rear wiper blade. This last one is an old trick to get you to buy a blade or pair from them. Sure enough, got home and checked it out and blade was fully functional, cleaning fluid discharged as expected, no issues at all. If they’re scamming on the small stuff are they scamming on the big stuff? I’m not going back

I would give them 10 Stars! I wasn’t paying attention while backing out of my garage and hit my side mirror. I called Riggio and they said to swing by so they could look at it. Even though they had a line for inspections, one of the guys at the counter said he’d take a look. He popped into place after a few minutes!!! I asked how much and he said NO CHARGE. If I had taken it to the dealer, I would probably be out a few hundred dollars because they would have ordered a new mirror... Very impressed!
