Señor Bear is a one-of-a-kind Latin-inspired restaurant and bar in the Lower Highland neighborhood of Denver. Named in part after our executive chef Blake Edmunds, aka “Whiskey Bear,” Señor Bear marries the culinary traditions of Latin America with refined, modernized cooking techniques.

Absolutely fantastic! Everything was spot on including the cocktails. We ordered half the menu and we're struggling to find something that can be improved. I need to go back and find a blemish if that's even possible from what we experienced the first time.
Great service and food to pair. Highly recommend going with a large group and ordering multiple plates to maximize tastes and samples. So many great dishes and cocktails.
The food was great and their drink selection looked good, although we didn't have any. The staff was very friendly and service was fast. I would definitely go back again!
This is one of my favorite spots in Denver. If you sit at the bar, ask if Devin is there. He will make you awesome off menu cocktails if you ask and just tell him the type of things you like. He’s the man. The food is creative, delicious, and perfectly presented. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.
I LOVE Señor bear. We’ve been coming here for awhile, and brought our friends in last night to celebrate their engagement. The staff definitely went above and beyond and our friends were very impressed! Our server was personable, knowledgeable and attentive. And the food! Wow. We shared the tasting menu and it was so worth it! More than enough food for 4 people and we got to try so many new things on the menu. Highly recommended!
Señor Bear has been our go-to place for the best frozen drinks in town (only $6 on hh!). However, tonight we had possibly the world’s best waiter. Sam was so thoughtful our entire evening tonight. He helped us move to a table with an outdoor heater, brought out water for our dog without us even asking, and brought us tasters of one of the new frozen drinks. The food and drinks are not to miss here regardless, but Sam made our night tonight extra special. ☺️
A refreshing, Latin-inspired menu! A nice change of pace from the ubiquitous New American cuisine. It was super fun to be able to taste a few different menu items! I wanted to post a picture of the beautiful dishes, but I ate them too fast to snap one. The short ribs were fork-tender, juicy, and flavorful. The seasoning on the trout was spicy and nutty. The cocktails were unique and inspiring. A little pricey, expect to pay about $60+ per person, but I would definitely come back.
Incredible quality! Their food and beverage is very well executed. I cannot express this enough. Their happy hour is at an excellent value too. I highly recommend this place is you're a foodie.
A decent selection of beers,very good selection of Tequila. Food is WAY WAY WAY over priced. Service was great. 5 stars IF the food prices were reasonable.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! We had my husband's birthday party here with 7 of our closest friends. We selected the Picnic Basket option for the most amazing 3-course meal I've ever had. The service was on-point, our waiter was so kind to my husband and personal to the entire party. Did I mention the food was amazing? So yea, do yourself a favor and visit Senor Bear. You won't regret it!
