Everything we serve is prepared from scratch daily, we only use the finest ingredients. Starting with our house-marinated olives and pickled turnips, to our award-winning Falafels served piping hot and crispy - Voted best in the city by Chicago Magazine in 09.

The mixed grill provided very generous portions of well-seasoned proteins, flanked by rice and grilled green pepper, onion, and tomato. We split an appetizer salad which was lightly dressed (a good thing!) and, again, generously portioned. Come hungry or take half home for tomorrow! (You know it's good - delivery people showed up regularly!)
A great place to enjoy healthy and to eat quality food.
For a homemade experience & shawarma, lentil soup, kebabs and more. A local favorite for my wife & I.
The place is very nicely put together and it has very friendly and accommodating staff. The food is excellent!

I would rate them 10 stars if I could. Went in for a late dinner and they accommodated us even though it was time for them to close the kitchen. The servers knew the menu well, were extremely courteous and gave great suggestions. The food was delicious. Being fond of Mediterranean cuisine, I have tried it at countless restaurants. Semiramis has to be on top of the list. The fact that they are BYOB made the whole experience perfect. Do try their dessert selection as well, we loved it.
The food was great! The fries were cooked perfectly with really fantastic seasonings. Everything tasted amazing. I'm giving this review four stars cuz our server was really slow and forgot a couple things, I'm pretty sure he was stoned lol
Some of the best food in Chicago. I called at closing time and the owner picked up and offered to take my order. When I got home Wow this food was amazing. How I never heard about this place is Shocking. A must eat here in Chicago.
Some of the best hummus I have ever had. Comfortable and reasonable. We will be sure to go back.

Decent seating. Very cozy feel. Right next to the brown line so very accessible. They've been in the neighborhood forever. When I ate there last three kebab was pretty dry. Worth checking out but don't expect too much.
