A company that considers academia is one that builds a lifelong customer. After countless hours of survey platform research this is the only company to be clear and straightforward with their offers and also address academia research rather than just marketing surveys. There user interface feels natural and is extremely easy to build on. All emails have been answered within a few hours of posting and registration was completely stress free. These guys have been so helpful already with my masters dissertation and happy I went with them. I would highly recommend them for companies and solo research advocates like myself.

SoGoSurvey has helped me organize and track many surveys. Creating intake forms for events in the community can sometimes be stressful. Having an available, easy to use survey that tracks data and helps organize it onto a spreadsheet really helps and cuts down on time. I love the polling feature that can be used to get feedback to and from my clients. The time it takes to create a survey is remarkable and is simple and easy to understand. In the last 30 days I have created 4 surveys within 20 minutes and with ease. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I have been using SoGoSurvey for over a year. I love how easy it is to create surveys with very nice templates that are provided. The other thing I really love is the ability to track the results of the survey and to export that data for further review. Their customer service is excellent. I had a small problem that ended up being with my web browser, but they helped me fix that. If you are looking for a great survey service, SoGoSurvey is the best I have found.

A really useful tool for anyone looking to make an easy and effective survey. The customer service team were SO helpful in the online help chat; I spoke with multiple different members and they were all equally polite and informative. As a small non profit, we really appreciate the additional features we are able to access through the non profit account offered. The appearance is way better than Google Forms and the ability to download data is way better than the free version of Survey Monkey. This was a good option for our organization and was user friendly to create surveys and view data.

I searched for an online survey tool to conduct a dissertation survey and found SoGoSurvey. SoGoSurvey meets the expectations of my images of the online tool comparing to other online tools, not only design but also features. It is very easy to use, and extensive support is offered. For example, I could create a survey in line with my desires using multiple and useful functions they offer. Plus, there is a test mode, and it was very helpful to check the survey before distributing it. I could ask my friends to check my survey using this mode. Also, I am really satisfied with the useful function of analysing the data. I can see responses on my page easily, and I can understand my data visually thanks to the bar graphs. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a student free plan first, but SoGoSuvey gave me the chance to change the paid plan to the free student plan. They gave me to reply to help my problems friendly and really quickly (in 12 hours). So, I would like to recommend SoGoSurvey to students who want to conduct a survey for their study, don't miss the chance to get the student free plan like me!

This is awesome and pretty easy platform. I was struggling with finding a platform to help my for student research project and is easy going and self learning. I cam across this and really liked and learned in couple of hours. It has very good learning tool as well as guiding manual where you can learn things easily. Moreover I really like the adaptability of it the it is mobile and computer friendly. Incredible! I am a beginner and I simply can not describe how good I felt with this platform. It is just so easy to adapt and work with. Its numerous and too desirable features leave you plenty of room for choice and creativity. It has all you need, going from amateur level to the pro level. I definitely recommend such platform and it deserves to be rated as number ONE from all online survey platforms.
