Orlando Pichardo founded and built the business from the ground up starting in 1989. As a local family-owned-and-operated business that has been servicing the area for more than 25 years, his son Alex, is the Manager of the Wilton Manors location. Chris Heller, a close friend of the family is the Manager at the Boca Raton location. Orlando's wife, Debbie and daughter, Amanda helps out in the clerical side of the business, as well. Also, Joey Ortega, who has been with The J.A.P. Shop, Inc. for over 3 years, is Orlando and Debbie's God Son. We are truly a family owned business! We treat you like family because there are 3 families working with us here. We look forward to working with you!

Went for simple oil change but great service and great price. No hustling.
These guys really know their stuff. I came here after two other evaluations on my subaru and they identified the problem and fixed it within the hour. I've been coming back a getting terrific care since.

Came in for a Synthetic Oil Change and Tire Rotation. It was handled like clockwork, you can tell Alex and Orlando have been doing this for a long time as they are very professional. Price was fair, I'd recommend to my friends.

These mechanics deserve a round of applause. They tell you the truth and will not scam you. They honestly take better care of your car then most mechanics. The price is reasonable! There are coupons on their website! If you want a good and reliable mechanic then this is the place.
