Disappointing, I paid my session in advance and for health circumstances I had to cancel my session, so they don't want to give me back my money, they only want to refund the half amount of money, that makes me not even want to have any other session with them, but now I'm forced to. Bad customer service and respond.
We booked an on-location photoshoot for my nieces, and I'm so glad we found The Kidographer! It's hard to find a talented, unique and reliable photographer that's willing to go that extra mile to make sure clients are happy. And the prices are reasonable.
