I've been an antique lover from a very young age. My mother used to drag me to every garage sale, rummage sale, estate sale she could find and it grew on me. I learned to love things with a history. Like the elderly people that you talk to...they have a story...the story of their lives. Old furniture, old jewelry, old paintings they all have stories too...where did they hang? what wars did they live through? at who's hands were they created? Who did they belong to? The stories of the people are intertwined with their belongings and their stories live on through these pieces.
