Company Description

Hummus in Israel is like breakfast tacos in Austin. It is part of the culture and they are passionate about it. Everyone has their way of making it and their opinion on what makes it the best. One of the beautiful things about Israeli food is its diversity.

The Chicken Hawaiej Hummus was really good! The pits was nice and warm. At first I thought we would want 2 pitas but the plate is big enough for two to share as is. Give TLV a try not many other choices here.

I really wanted to like the beets but its was super salty and tasted only like vinegar. I also thought it would be made fresh. I was handed a wasteful one time use plastic container. Not pleased. Didn’t taste very good.

Delicious! The best Israeli food outside of Israel I’ve had! It isn’t so great for broke university students on a budget, I think the prices are very fair for the high quality of the food, but you know, students cannot afford much- not as cheap as American fast food but much healthier. Other than that, great! I’ll go back occasionally because it is some of the best food in Austin, Israeli or otherwise!

Love their bakery products and a new concept of coffee shop/bakery in the Fareground Food Court in 111 Congress Avenue. Staff are friendly and service is fast. Will come back again.

Great Israeli food, tried already the masabaha, the lamp kofta, the Jerusalem bagel, humus and a bunch of salads.. Everything I tasted there was great. Also if you get there late before closing they might give you some Israeli donuts for free :)

I found TLV Israeli Street food in the Fairgrounds, a food court in the basement of a building in downtown Austin near E 2nd and Congress. After walking around, this place seemed to have the best looking options. The staff was friendly and offered to make me some falafel $5. These were delicious! I also purchased a pastry filled with delicious cheesiness $6. All their foods are freshly made. This is a good place to stop for lunch or a snack!

I’ve always been kinda frustrated with the mediterranean / middle eastern food in Austin, until this place. Back to when it was a food truck till today in the current location, this place is just awesome. Fresh, authentic, and delicious. Just keep in mind that once you eat here you can’t go back to store bought hummus tho.

Best Israeli food I've had in years. Hands down, some of the most delicious falafel I've ever eaten. It's fresh, filling, delicious, and has a terrific presentation. Chef's a good guy, too. I'd be very curious to see if someone could try a dish from this place and not like it. Good stuff.

Really, really tasty. Very helpful staff and a lot to choose from for a smaller menu. Kind of hard to find if you navigate to since you can't see it from the street. It's in the lobby of the building at the address. The same one Wells Fargo is in. The place is inside and has plenty of seating in the lobby, but sitting outside is hard to resist. The building has a beautiful little park like area in front of it.

Went to this location while I was in Austin with my fiancee. The food was very good ... Oh I love the hummus and pita bread . This was the first time we both had Israeli cuisine. The ambiance in this location was everything.
