My first time experience with this business is exceptional, I am well pleased with how compassionate, professional and flexible they are with all of their customers. I needed mandatory work done on my vehicle and they took their time and didn’t rush. My vehicle rides so much smoother now from when I first brought it in to their shop.

Came for a Lyft inspection as Lyfts “free” shops are severely overloaded with demand and want you to leave your car for days while they try to work it in. Vince’s was able to get my car in today and get it inspected. Even offered me wings that they were having for lunch while I was waiting! Will consider using them in the future for repair service!

Vince's went over and above when my daughter was in a car accident. The accident happened in front of Vince's. They took her into their shop and waited with her well past closing time. They repaired the car professionally. Worked with our insurance company and continued to follow up with the insurance company when the estimate didn't match the repairs. They were nothing short of professional. I would recommend Vince's to anyone who is looking for an honest, professional auto repair shop. Thank you is not enough for all they did for my daughter!

This was our first time going to an auto shop. Being new car owners we were very naive and didn't know much. Vince his son and a very nice lady named Tony were super friendly and made us feel very comfortable. After looking at our car they found a problem with the car's two front links, I left the car overnight and they started working on it the next day and later I was able to drive it. I am super pleased with their service and honesty and will certainly being coming here for anything I need done and as long as I live in Baltimore.

Vince's Auto cares about the customers and local community. They will fix damage done by other repair companies, and go out of the way to do it. Whenever I need a repair, I take my car to Vince's Auto. The help is very fast.

I went to Vince's because my engine was missing, timing was off. Ray did a great job as usual identifying the problem. He applied a temporary fix while we ordered the part. They installed the part and my mileage literally improved 10%. GOOD JOB!

Hands down the best auto repair shop experience ever. I had my brakes and rotor replaced and the owner carefully explained to me every detail of the service. I happened to come during lunch hour and was offered ribs during my wait (they were grilling outside). Since the specific parts that I needed had to be delivered, I had to wait quite a bit for them to service my car. That said, I didn’t mind at all because the workers kept me entertained with their crazy stories. You can definitely tell that the shop cares about their customer service and satisfaction. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area!

My first experience to have car trouble in the middle of somewhere :( super under stress and called Vince's Auto Repair & Sales to see if they can at least diagnose it... i forgot the guy's name who helped me this morning...he is so kind to accommodate us even with very short notice and really appreciate all the help.... may God bless you guys!!
