Parking sucks there’s only one person most days working alone. The managers are only in once a week and they’re constantly running out of supplies. The nurse is only in twice a week and the schedule is always changing. This place is ran by an unprofessional manager that creates a hostile environment for all employees not only does he exploit his MAs and receptionist he finds any way possible to not let them complete their 2 week notice and lies about how they leave. Use the groupon for the special and never go back this place is a joke.

Super experience! Staff was beyond nice and friendly!!! Saw me for the visit and the b-12 shot right on time. Was my first time here, so I didn't know what to expect. Can't say enough about the staff. Really nice. PA was very nice too. Office was pretty and comfortable. Saw some bad reviews on another site, swear they didn't come to this place. Great Visit!!

They are never open during posted business hours. I've thought on 4 separate visits that they were permanently closed. Talked to a "CEO" that expressed shock but this is obviously a common occurrence that doesn't seem to matter to their business. Find another location if you can.

Decent enough for what it is, and the staff is friendly and helpful, but I can’t give 5 stars because NO MATTER WHAT... if you’re literally the ONLY PERSON THERE, you will STILL wait at least 10-15 minutes to get a B12 shot. The receptionist/injector will take care of everything else before they will take you back.

Like others have said, this place is a joke. After you fill out paperwork and sign 20 times that basically says “this doesn’t work”, the less than stellar staff attempts to make it feel like you’re at a doctors office. Then you sit with a “consultant” who is just as fake as the whole process. So rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate, and “mean girl” atmosphere. It’s a scam. Don’t waste your time or money. Even if you get the Groupon, it’s NOT worth it. Not even worth the 1-star that I was required to give.

After going and signing in... i waited for 30mins and then they tell me it lunch hour so i will have to wait another 20mins before they can help me... qPeople have schedules.... This is unprofessional.... and the fact the employees was debating a payment while waiting to be signed in... Get better people
