Avoid this ripoff business at all cost, unless you like being harassed and bilked out of your hard earned money. I had the unfortunate opportunity to rent a budget truck from AA Party Rental. Even though I returned the truck early, full of fuel and clean that wasn't good enough for these greedy operators. The truck had so many defects, including a broken fuel gauge. Even though I filled the truck full of fuel which you could clearly see in the tank, one of their nasty employees was attempting to enforce their corrupt practice of adding a penalty fee and fuel charge. I showed the receipts to prove it was filled up less than a mile away but that wasn't good enough for these bandits. I literally had to argue with them to get the fee waived while wasting my time dealing with something so unnecessary. You can bet I will never do business with them again. I suggest you avoid them as well and save your wallet the displeasure of dealing with these kinds of corrupt practices. Still fuming.

Unprofessional and rude and absolutely no customer service to speak of. I wanted to rent a $50 misting fan for my sister's baby shower. I misunderstood when placing my order apparently that I had to pick up the item the day of my event, even though Lark and I discussed on the phone coming the day before (after work Friday) to get the fan. I arrived a day early after driving 40 minutes out to Irving and she showed no sympathy whatsoever, even acted exasperated and if I was completely stupid. I asked if I did pick it up now then when was the latest we could return it after the party but they close Saturdays before the party will be over. She said for me to pick it up early it would be whole extra day charge, another $50. I asked if anyone else was using it and she shortly said no but they couldn't just let me have it early, "it's checked out for the number hours out not use time". I again tried to explain that I just misunderstood and it would be very inconvenient while hosting a party to drive out to Irving again in the morning and that I thought I'd have 24hours. Her sarcastic reply, "well it's noon now, to have it back by noon tomorrow would miss your entire party anyway". I didn't even know how to reply to that and left fuming because of how badly I was treated. The kicker is they offer no refunds. I understand they are a business but to treat a customer this way is unacceptable and I would not recommend using them. Even if she could not help me out she could have been nicer and it would have been a big difference. I called my Chase Freedom credit card company (a service I do highly recommend) and they're disputing the charge and refunding me and taking this issue up with AA's bank based on my complaint. Save yourself the disrespectful treatment and waste of time in talking to Lark and anyone else that works here and go with another company.
