In the past 4 years I have moved 2 times and ABC Movers I recommend any time of the day. They were fast, clean, professional. Did not waste time smoking, or just taking their sweet time to take my money. They are technology savvy, they protected all my household goods, nothing was broken. I recommend this company, it is way better than those Groupon Co. M. Irizarry
We have moved twice in the last few years and each time they did a great job. The movers are very friendly and very kind. I rate them highly and just recommended them to a friend.

I had a deeply mixed experience with ABC but ultimately it worked out so I'm giving it 5 stars. Mark and Shon from the San Antonio office were just awesome. They were polite, friendly, fast and delivered my goods on time. However, Don from the office tried to pull a fast one and, after my truck was loaded going from Austin to Houston to move my autistic to a special program, Don called and said his guys had to take a 3 hour detour to unload another truck. I told him that wasn't ok with me and it wasn't my understanding. I had multiple family members meeting us to get my son settled in 100% so he would be too upset by the move. We needed the delivery to be as understood-3 hours from pick up. He got very ugly and told me he was going to do what he was going to do. The San Antonio guys didn't think it was ethical, nor did I and they went ahead and followed me to Houston. I'll be eternally grateful as this move is everything for my son's future. It was critical that it go smoothly and Mark and Shon made sure it did. Thank you from my heart, Mark and Shon.
Don and Brent were great. They helped with my move and we're prompt, took all measures to protect the furniture and better priced than other movers I contacted. In fact, Don went out of his way to accommodate me with short notice. Will definitely use them for future needs. Strongly recommended!
Seriously excellent experience from start to finish. G.O. and David were our movers and they were amazing. Kind, efficient and careful all while being fast. They have guaranteed I will use ABC for every move I make and that I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
Great service. Don went out of his way to help me out despite a lack of preperation on my part. They were kind, polite, and professional. I will most definitely use them in future moves and recommend them for anyone. They treated my stuff as their own. They work hard, and truly look out for their customers. I want to thank ABC Movers and all of your staff which were involved into our long distance moving. We were moving from Austin to San Antonio and everything passed nice smoothly. Their attention to detail, their care for my furniture and possessions, their knowledge of what needs to be done with dis assembly, packing, loading, unloading, unpacking, and storing was beyond what I could have hoped for in the move. Very pleased at all! 5 stars from me! Keep up the good work!
Terrible experience! These people do NOT know how to run a business. The negligence was unbelievable. I recommend paying extra money to get better movers.
I actually used ABC to move over a year ago. The 2 movers were friendly and cooperative. They were quickly and tried to get things done within my preferred time schedule. The scheduling and moving service was efficient. I recommend them to everyone I know needing assistance with moving. So I was very pleased to hear they would be assisting a chemo therapy patient move as well. Nicely done ABC Movers!!
I would personally go with someone else. These guys essentially wasted my time. I needed to move fast so I called several companies and was excited when these people said on Saturday that they could do the move on Sunday with an ETA of 11am-1pm. To their credit they called me shortly before 11 and said they were going to be late closer to 2pm. Well 2pm rolls around and no one so I call back and am told it would be later. This exchange happened a few more times when they finally gave a time around 4pm, but then the mover called back and said traffic was so bad he wouldn't make it until 6pm or maybe even 8pm (dude kept changing times and I could see that was a lie based on where he said he was and Google maps it doesn't take 5 hours to go from New Braunfels to Austin even in bad traffic) and he was sure I had better things to do and we should reschedule. It sounded like he just didn't want to do the move. The guy sounded sketchy (the mover the guy in the office was nice and professional), and at this point I didn't trust that guy near my stuff so I agreed to cancel. I called Einstein and got a professional amazing experience like always a few days later. I should have gone with them in the first place, but I was trying to move fast. I am giving this place 2 stars only because the office guy was nice. If I just dealt with the mover, I would give the lowest score possible.
