My husband and I rented Bouncy Boxing for a birthday party this past weeked. The staff was very friendly, and even encouraged us to do the Cash Cube to save some money (my husband got us $4 off our rental!). I would definitely recommend using them for any party need!
I have nothing but great things to say about this company, they delivered on everything. Our event was fully catered and the food was great. We had bounce houses and many games. They kept everyone envolved and engaged. Love the fact that they used the local college cheer team as helpers. They were tons of fun and all the kids loved it! I will definately use them again in the future.
Our Company has utilized American Family Day for our annual employee picnic for the past 6 years. They have a "turn-key" business in that we have to do nothing except show up and have a good time! Everything is conducted in a business-like manner and the people hired for the functions have done an excellent job interacting with our employees and their families. They even have someone walk around taking candid snapshots, taking the pressure off of us to have someone there to do that. We also enjoy that every year new attractions are offered to keep it from being boring! Thanks, AFD!

American Family Day took all the work out of the preparation and planning we would have done for our company celebration we held this fall. The staff was great and very easy to work with. The day was well thought out and planned. We chose a carnival theme and we got it complete with snow cones, cotton candy, tons of games and slides. They prepared the food as well and did all the set up and break down. This was a fun-filled event and American Family Day is highly recommended!!
Unfortunately, I would like to say that I was able to use American Family Day but we didn't get that far. I have an event (4500 attendees) and the client is requesting a dunk tank. We had been communicating about this rental for 9 days. My communication is a little difficult as I am currently overseas and 11 hours ahead of Atlanta, GA. We were finalizing the order, the owner (I assume that I was emailing) Bill asked for a credit card to complete the reservation. Since I am overseas, I had to email my credit card information instead of calling. 18 hours later from Bill's email asking for a credit card, I sent my credit card information. 7 hours after my email with credit card information, Bill let's me know that now they are all sold out and I should have contacted them earlier. So now I'm a week away from my event and I have no dunk tank. I'll keep those words in mind for next time when a client has this sort of idea pop in their mind.
Bill and the entire team at American Family Day were easy to work with, very customer focused, and determined to make our event an outstanding success. I will definitely use them again and would recommend that if you have an event, give Bill and the team a call.

We hired American Family Day for our company cookout. They were so kind and helpful. Told them what we were looking to do and they took it from there. Was a very easy event because they were so organized. They planned, set up and disassembled when complete. We hardly had to lift a finger. Was great! We will hire them again.

Wow! What a great time we had at our Family Day Event. American Family did an amazing job! The crew, setup, food and activities were great! Will definitely use them again. One employee said "They didn't know they were attending the State Fair." Yay!!! It was a success. Thank you.
The people are amazing they answer the phone even when they are closed! They are very helpful and make sure you have everything you need to make your party great!!
The owner, Bill called me a liar after I told him I called his business repeatedly during business hours to request more equipment for an upcoming birthday party. I wanted to rent more equipment, which in turn will give him more money and he insulted me. After not getting an answer each day I called, I requested a refund of my deposit. Very aggressively, he yelled at me telling me I was told there were no refunds. I was not told that and I spoke with a young woman, who never mentioned that. I'm appalled he called me a LIAR because his business doesn't answer calls. I have proof on my call log that I called multiple times. I Will NEVER rent ANYTHING from this company and I'll tell everyone I know not to rent ANYTHING from this company. I've never felt so offended and upset in all my life. I Will dispute this with my credit card provider and get my deposit back.I hope your business is complete failure and never flourishes!
What a wonderful time we had on Saturday 9/9/17 at our picnic! The managers took care of absolutely everything!!! The booths and games were a lot of fun for our young people. The food was high quality and expertly prepared. The kids and adults loved the treats! We even enjoyed the volunteers that came out to help. It was a perfect event. I have received so many compliments from our employees and family that this picnic was the best we’ve ever had!
Mr. Blohm and American Family Day made our company picnic a huge success. All of the staff were above and beyond helpful, friendly, warm and cordial. They made the event not only pleasurable and enjoyable but totally carefree. Many thanks to you and your staff for a wonderful fun-filled day.
American Family Day made our annual corporate Summer Picnic the best one yet! I found this event company through a Google Search and Bill, the owner, responded within the hour with follow up questions. Once I provided a little more description of our event, he was able to customize a quote that I did not have to make a single change to; it was perfect. The day of the event, I did not have to lift a finger. His team came prepared and ready to work. They were not short-handed and were actually more than willing to help out in areas outside of their original work. All of the team members were active, fun and great at getting the kids and adults interacting throughout the entire event. I will 100% be a return customer and am very thankful for Bill and his team for making my life as the event coordinator much easier. Thank you again!
