Rapids Auto Spa is worth the drive to Richardson for the quality and price.

I’ve had great experiences with Apex so far when going to North Park. For those who want a cheap car wash, don’t go here. These people care about the finish of your car and aren’t going to whip it out in 20 minutes.

Extremely dishonest. When we pulled up, they quoted us their cheapest price of $45 for just an exterior clean. After we paid in their office, we noticed a sign that said exterior washes were $30. When questioned, they said $30 was for small cars...we have a small 4 door sedan. Extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service, and feel scammed for getting told a price that was $15 more than what others are charged for their "smaller cars". This on top of a car that is still dirty is unacceptable. Shocked Northpark would taint their image to let this kind of business be on site. Avoid this place, and go elsewhere along Preston instead.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a detailing service. I have a big suv and 4 kiddos. Needless to say, they had their work cut out for them. The entire staff went above and beyond. My suv looks like new. ( I may never let my children in it again lol )

Overpriced, not worth the money. $85.00 for a so so job. I would not waste your time or money and go to a car wash that charges less and does better. There are a ton of car washes around DFW and service and work is better.

I do a lot of driving outside of town and the car is usually a mess, I’ve had my SUV detailed here several times. They always give it back in pristine condition. All personal items neatly sorted in bags for you to organize later. You also get concierge type service, a dedicated parking space and the car is looked after while you shop. You really get more than you pay for.

Great job on exterior hand wash and overall auto detail. Very nice guys and great customer service, I would recommend to check them out!

Apex Auto Spa is terrific! If you’re looking for a ‘wipe and go’ type of place, this isn’t it. This is truly an auto “spa” meaning they take time hand washing and steaming (yes, steaming) your vehicle. And it truly takes time. Why? Because they do it right. Also Bob, the general manager, is very professional, courteous and patient. If you visit a spa for a massage, mani-pedi and a blow dry, you’ll be there for a while, yes? Well consider Apex Auto Spa a true spa experience for your vehicle. The good news is that you get great value for the money. Don’t go expecting a cheap car wash masquerading as a true auto detailing place...you’ll be very disappointed! Apex Auto Spa rocks

I had the Apex Level 1 Paint Correction Service performed on my 3 day old 330i. Was an absolutely excellent experience. Daniel was great, he answered all of my questions before, during, and after the service. He’s extremely knowledgeable. Not once did he try to upsale me. We enjoyed the experience so much that we’re considering having the same service performed on a ‘19 Ram that we also own. The prices aren’t cheap, but are definitely fair. The old adage of getting what you pay for definitely applies. If you love your vehicles as much as myself, it’s definitely worth hiring the best and I, without a doubt, consider Apex to be one of the best. Will be recommending them to friends and family.
