These guys were great. Took care of us quickly and did an amazing job tinting our family car. Would definitely recommend.

I drove in, the receptionists gave me a crazy estimate, then told me that they would call me back in a few days. Well I've never heard from them since. I decided to go somewhere else to get my detailing work done at a fraction of their estimated price.

Had some heavy interior stains and overall just a messy car that has sustained road trips and hikes with no thorough cleaning. They were quick, same day service and my car was never cleaner. A few of the heaviest stains didn’t come out (I don’t think any force of nature can remove them at this point) but they look much better than I was able to do. They explained everything they did and were very friendly. Never had detailing done before, but it was a positive experience and seemed like a good price for the quality.

Amazing! The car looks like new (compared to how it was hah). Chris was extremely helpful and friendly. It was easy to get ahold of you guys when I had questions about the timeline for getting my car back. Thank you so much!

They went above and beyond and truly made my car feel like brand new. David helped me out and was great. They were also very thorough about chatting with me before hand to figure out what exactly I need and after to make sure I was happy. Will definitely be coming back and sending friends here. I am completely satisfied with the service I received at Mr. Detail in Ballard. I recently purchased a new car and was concerned about whether it was too soon to have it clay barred and waxed. I wanted to remove the contaminants that accumulated during transport from the factory. The staff was very attentive and listened to what I wanted to have done to my car. I could tell these folks enjoyed doing what they do and their love of the craft truly shows. I would recommend Mr. Detail to anyone who wants to preserve or enhance the appearance of their vehicle. Or, if they want to simply elevate the manner in which auto detailing is approached. I got a great vibe from the technicians and managers alike. I'll definitely be returning for service in the future!

Service was excellent! Everything from scheduling the appointment to the final result, was spectacular and well worth the price. This was my first time using Mr. Detail. I will be sure to recommend it highly to others. The Ballard team is a super friendly and professional shop.

I went here mainly for a retint for my Honda Element and to get the inside detailed since it was also an available service. The detail work was a job well done. The tint on the drivers side window, however, came up when I tried to roll down my window 4 days after it was applied. They apply a wait 3-5 days sticker to the window roller so, considering the timeline, it could have been that the initial tint application adhered somewhere it shouldn't have or I may have not given it enough time for the film to dry. Regardless, I let them know it was coming up and they got me in for a new appointment right away. Second time through everything went swimmingly. I'm happy know they go above and beyond to keep their customers happy and, based on my experience, I would recommend their services to anyone.

After repairing an oil leak, I still had an engine compartment that was a mess. They painstakingly removed all of the bottom covers and cleaned everything till it was spotless. Now my 2004 BMW engine and chassis look brand new! ALso done at a very reasonable price..good work, fair prices..for sure.

I've always received absolutely stellar service from this crew. They did an amazing job removing the window tint from my car, and the price was very reasonable. I went back and had my car detailed and was blown away, once again, by Tom, Chris, and everyone behind the scenes. They really seem to love what they do, and it certainly shows in the results. A++ for Mr. Detail!
