My poor old Elna 6000 needed service badly! I brought it to a service center back in NY and they barely touched it and tried to get me to buy a new machine. But I'm so glad I found Ashby!! Even though they are an hour away from me it was totally worth it. Their service department has my ancient machine humming along beautifully! I want to HUG the technician that brought it back to its former glory! Thank You Ashby :D

I have been a patron of Ashbys for several years now. I have never been disappointed in their Service Dept, Customer Service or their products. Their classes are excellent and so are their prices. If you haven't been to Ashbys you are missing a gem!!

On 01/20/17, I took my Elna sewing machine to Ashby at Kennesaw. I'd purchased it from them about a yr. ago. The feed dogs wouldn't lower. Marc not only fixed the feed dogs right away, but didn't charge me anything. Marc & the staff at Ashby are always so friendly, knowledgeable & willing to help. This is definitely the place to go re. any sewing needs or advice. Plus, they have a huge inventory of threads & lots of creative kits & fun ideas. I highly recommend them.

Great selection, honest information about products. The repair shop is great, be patient with repair he is a trades person and in demand not a hamburger at McD's. They have some good sales from time to time. And can get you just about anything sewing. I will not buy from bug box retails when a fantastic full service distributor is available in my area.

I have bought top of the line brother machines from Marc for a long time and sent many of my friends there. When I went to trade in my 5 yr old machine the girl told me he implemented a new policy about stitch count and mine did not meet up to his standards. Marc wouldn't even come out front and talk to me. I was going to buy another machine...cash...but he couldn't even face me. My friends and I will all be going somewhere else now. He just lost several very good customers.
