We went into the shop (formerly called Stationery Bliss) back in October of 2017 and met with Marilyn to order a Ketubah for our wedding that occurred in May of 2018. She was personable and accommodating in the initial appointment and we were very happy with the product we selected. Our issues with the shop are related to responsiveness and time it took to actually complete the product (we received the final Ketubah in February 2018- 4 month’s following our order). We followed up several times to check in on the status of the order and had to go back forth several times with corrections to the agreed upon text. As time went on, it became harder to maintain constant communication. Marilyn eventually became unresponsive via email, requiring us to spend a lot of unnecessary time and energy calling to check in on the progress and make adjustments. We also found her to be defensive when concerns were brought up, not only with us but in reading reviews from others on the internet. When we eventually got the product, it was beautiful, but not worth the stress and aggravation of trying to get it. We don’t plan to work with this company in the future and encourage you to do your homework before doing business with them.
I’m so happy we found Stationery Bliss. Marilyn is very patient and professional. Her knowledge and experience are only second to her friendliness. She asked all the right questions and was able to create an invitation for my daughter’s “Quinces” that met all our needs within our budget. We reviewed proofs and invitations were ready when promised. Highly recommend!
The invitations for my daughter's wedding were absolutely stunning. Marilyn was so helpful in dealing with a long-distance bride and, for most of the time, a long-distance mother-of-the-bride. She provided samples of paper, ribbon, and every conceivable typeface for a very detail-oriented bride to review. Guests said it was the most beautiful they had ever seen.

From the moment I walked into the Stationery Bliss store I knew I was in the right place. The store is beautiful! I walked in without an appointment and i was immediately greeted by Marilyn (there owner) I explained her my vision for my son’s baptism invitation and she worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. Marylin is very knowledgeable and she made sure I didn’t miss any details. The invitations came out beautiful!!!! Their turned around time was very fast and as promised from day one! My guests are delighted with the invitation and I’ve gotten multiples complements! Working with Marilyn to create my sons baptism invitation was an absolute pleasure and I will be using Stationary Bliss for all my future events.
Marilyn expedited an invitation order for our first child's baby naming in one week. Her selection of stationery and the impeccable customer service made the process seamless and stress-free. We've told her we plan on using her for all of our family's upcoming special occasions!!
I found this place by coincidence and I couldn't have been more happier. Not only were they very professional and experienced, but they make you feel welcomed as if you've known them forever. I love their selection, their work is beautiful and the price is very reasonable. Needless to say I highly recommend this place and will be my go to place from now on.
I customized a bat mitzvah invitation. Marilyn was very easy and pleasant to work with, exhibiting a lot of patience as I went through several revisions and edits. The final product was exactly what I wanted. Her prices are competitive and reasonable, and there was no pressure to upsell, as have seen by other vendors. She met my somewhat tight deadline as well. I have already gotten several compliments on the invites!
When it comes to something as special as Wedding Invitations there is no question that you look for something of great quality and uniqueness. Stationery Bliss provided just that and more. They assisted me in creating something so uniquely "us" that we couldn't wait to send them out and share them with our loved ones. They were with me every step of the way; each question or concern was answered with swiftness, professionalism and kindness. Thank you for this experience Stationery Bliss, I won't forget it!
