Wonderful products and service!

I recently ordered a large amount of a fragrance that I didn't end up liking or using. I wanted to exchange it for one I did like but apparently that is not possible with this company. Unlike other companies that allow returns and exchanges. I am so unhappy with my service and angry that I'm stuck with a scent I do not like. I will not order from candlewic again.

Great place for soap and candle makers to get supplies. I buy my vegetable glycerin here for my vaping. Now it is a warehouse packaging center so go to their website order and if you are local pick up next day. Shipping and receiving is right in front of you as you go up the driveway.

We ordered supplies online on 2/23/18 and the entire order was well packaged and on my porch THE NEXT DAY. Seriously, awesome. Before we ordered, we did our share of comparison shopping- looking for the best prices (including shipping). Hands down, Candlewic wins. Their shipping was less than their competitors (by $6.00) even though the competitors price was for metal lids, not glass (like the ones I got from Candlewic). You'd think that the competitors shipping prices would be cheaper with metal lids, but they were not. Candlewic products were also less expensive than the competitors. Candlewic does a great job packaging the order, too. I am VERY happy with the products, which are excellent quality. We will definitely be using Candlewic more in the future. Thanks Candlewic!

Mr Bill Binder is a great gentleman who cares about his customers. He is always willing to lend a helping hand and advise whenever we needed him. love the wicks and waxes. Great quality products.
