After a bad experience with the Apple Store, these guys fixed my Mac for a great price and even delivered it to my home! A few months later my MS surface pro crashed while I was working at a client's office. I tried everything but couldn't get it back up and running. I called Carmichael CS and Mark was able to get it back on and working over the phone. He was amazing and wouldn't even take payment for helping me. It was like having a personal help desk that actually helped ;-) I highly recommend them. My company will be a customer for life! Thanks, Mark!!

I was referred to Carmichael Consulting by Apple. My MacBook Pro was having some issues and wouldn't load. I needed to have my computer backed up before any work could be done on it in case everything got deleted. I called and spoke with Nisha and she was great from the start. She was helpful, courteous and did everything she said she would do. She was great about keeping me updated and she did everything in a timely manner. Not only did she backup my computer, but she also was able to get my computer working again (something the folks at Apple couldn't seem to do). I also think their pricing is very reasonable. While I hope I don't ever need to use them again, I would certainly do so and highly recommend them.

Tyler and the entire crew at Carmichael Consulting definitely make customer service their top priority. They are very professional and attentive to my company's needs and then they take it a step further in also being attentive to our individual needs within the company at each workstation. I've been going to Tyler and company for a few years now, they were actually referred to me by an Apple store associate. My MacBook Pro was old, warranty had expired, so the Apple associate referred me to Carmichael's as a place to go to service my computer. That was several years ago. They were great then and they are great now! I recently had to go and have another computer serviced. Tyler was, as usual, extremely knowledgeable, forthright with his information, and helped me figure out the most economical way to address my need. I am grateful for the trust I have in a team of folk to work on my computers whenever a problem arises with it/them!
