Literally been going to Chans since they opened... Best Mongolian grill I've ever been to... And their water is literally the best water on Earth, legend has it that they have a 5,000 mile pipeline from an enchanted Mongolian spring that's been blessed by 10,000 year old monks that leads straight to their kitchen 😂 I don't get any better than Chan's 💯

Be prepared to overeat! You're given two empty bowls to fill up as YOU please with a whatever variety of chicken, pork, beef, fish, shrimp, scallops, numerous vegetables like bean sprouts, onions, bamboo shoots, baby corncobs, green pepper and others. Then add the type and amount of sauces like sesame. Garlic, soy, hot oil etc. Then hand over your culinary creation to the gentleman by the large circular flat "Mongolian" grill. He'll ask if you want eggs or rice added and then proceed to cook your mix on the grill. A couple of minutes later, Voila! You now have a steaming plate of (probably too much) food to take back to your table and enjoy! A bowl of soup, a drink and even an ice cream dessert are all included! Everyone should be happy as you each get to choose what and how much is on your plate. Moderately priced and family friendly. A "good feed for the money"!

Great food, great price, service was phenomenal. 1st time there and waitress knew what I needed before I realized it, we were all very impressed. Also the cook was astounding, how in the world he does what he does I don't know. It was impressive just to watch and realize how much he was keeping track of from memory. Get the egg, youll see.

Build your own meal the way you want it. The outcome can be anything between fair and very good depending on your choice of ingredients. The place is fairly basic, but then so is the price. Staff is friendly and fairly efficient. You can put together your meal, get it grilled, eat it and be out in under 30 minutes.

Fun place to go. You take 2 bowls on your tray and fill them with your choices of meats, fish, vegetables & sauces and they cook them up in front of you on a big grill with or without rice. You can soup served at your table and ice cream for desert. Its really tasty. Bring a big appetite when you go.

I wasn't real thrilled with the food, but it may have been my fault. I didn't know what seasonings to use or how much to bring out the best flavors for the food I picked. I prefer to have my food seasoned & cooked by knowledgeable cooks, especially when I'm not familiar with the seasonings. I didn't eat much of my very bland meal & I probably won't try this type of restaurant again.
