Horrible place to work for. But good medics
Drivers were unprofessional, reckless and I am not even convinced they are certified.
Had a nice ambulance ride from FIRST CHOICE ER to the hospital. After the bill hit and I had a small snag with the billing department, one awesome gentleman swooped in and saved my day and my thoughts on CITY Ambulance. Awesome customer service! Thanks John K!
New units good people to work for.
Really shady company. They billed me over a year later for additional fees that were not covered in the original bill.
Hands down the best ambulance service there is. The medics are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They truly take care of the patient!!!!
