What a wonderful experience during a troubling time when my daughter broke her leg and we got to deal with your well educated crew that came out to help her. Professional, knowledgeable and personable in hard times for a parent. Thank you for what you do to train these amazing individuals...Great Crew!!

I will start by saying the personnel was nice that drove the vechile. Hinge, one star... Unfortunately that is all I have... This had to do with my son hitting his head. 1) I didn't want to use an ambulance, I wanted to drive him to children's myself from the local hospital, but was convinced it would be faster and safer ( it took 5 plus hours ( most wanting on them to arrive ) and the lights wasn't even used, this was a 40 min. trip? ) also, the headlight was out on it... not even a safe road ready vechile... :-/ 2) I had to go get the car seat from my car and assist your personnel on strapping it to the stretcher. at least they are trained in this now... ( again, they were nice, but heck I have to do it all except drive the ambulance, jeez! ), plus they would let me put it on the stretcher to where he would be rear facing which is even more dangerous for the child. 3) My insurance stated today the company doesn't except contract, therefor they service is out of network and can bill whatever they like... my bill was around $1,600, insurance states $733 is eligible, but I am still being billed $1600 ( more than double ) 4) I have been making payments( if the eligible charges were excepted, this would be completely paid ), then on Christmas eve I received a nasty gram stating they will send to collections if I don't pay in full. It's been awhile... still wanted to send review... Unfortunate after this type of experience, next time I believe I will tell the hospital I would rather drive myself...

Metro Ambulance is the best! I had to call 911 to get my 70 year old mother to Kennestone. She was too weak to walk and the stretcher couldn't fit in the door. Barry and Paul carried her out and gently placed her on the stretcher with such compassion! They were calm when I couldn't answer some questions. I rode with them to Kennestone and they stayed with us until my mother was in the emergency room with nurses. These gentlemen do a fine job and Metro Ambulance should be proud to have them as paramedics. I appreciate Metro Ambulance and Barry and Paul!

About a month ago I had to call Metro to get to Paulding WellStar Hospital a 4.7 mile trip from my house. seemed like it took forever. They asked I had vertigo after I told them I had previously had a stroke. Upon arrival the female of the pair wheeled me into the ER and then shoved a form of some kind in front of me and asked me to fill it out , hell I couldn't lift my head up let alone fill something out, so they just left me; if it had not been for the male nurse coming by and asking why I was in a wheel chair with no wrist band I wouldn't have been seen. I have previously had a stroke and told them as much. The staff at Paulding then proceeded to give me fluids and released me, NO MRI, NO CAT scan nada zilch Thank GOD ALMIGHTY I wasn't having another TIA or STROKE as far as I know. I suppose this is what happens to someone without insurance.

After the 911 operator telling all the questions were important to send the right equipment to the house, Metro Ambulance showed up without a stretcher. This left an old woman sitting on the floor in pain waiting for yet another ambulance to show up. Notes and calls to Metro Ambulance went unanswered. Don't get hurt in Cobb County and need an ambulance, it could be a wait.

I want everyone to know how wonderful Metro Atlanta Ambulance is for our community. They have donated AED's and taken great effort to ensure as many people as possible in the community learn CPR which is going to save lives. Their overall value to this community is way above and beyond that of an ambulance provider and you are so appreciated for all you do.

This organization is a great community partner! Their staff have always been willing to go the extra mile for projects that benefit our residents. They volunteer their time for health and injury prevention efforts and for so many other projects that benefit children/students in Cobb County!

MAAS provided service for my son back in April and we have had nothing short of a 5 star experience with them. I had billing questions and they were very responsive (I received a personal response to my email within minutes) and went above and beyond with their customer service to ensure my questions were resolved. Thank you MAAS

Really enjoyed attending the EMS Academy at Metro Atlanta Ambulance. They have awesome programs and educational courses, with great instructors teaching them. Instructor Richard Wheat has done a great job teaching Paramedic and EMT courses at this academy. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I do not know where to begin with explaining how wonderfully I was treated by Metro Atlanta Ambulance Service recently. They were extremely professional and went above and beyond exceeding my expectations. Thank you for everything!!!!
