Great, fresh and tasty fish! I love this hidden treasure. Small restaurant but clean and they fry your choice of fresh frozen fish or shrimp.
Stopped by for a quick lunch. Bartender was on top of it and Fish & Chips was really good. Unfortunately I missed the malt vinegar bottle he had left. Pricey but that's LA.
I go with my wife to this lovely place quite a bit! This is my favorite spot to eat. I go to this spot regularly. The food is very tasty, the staff is welcoming and the charge is fair. I enjoy meeting in this restaurant to have a good lunch.
It was cool, nothing amazing to really say I'll be coming back over and over. I sampled fish and chips, ribs, spicy Mac, spinach dip, shift shrimp appetizer, fish sandwich and steak and fries. Nothing really stood out
Based on their new policy, if you sit at the bar and also want to eat they will take your credit card as if you are opening a tab. I personally don’t trust my card outside of my possession, especially because its a corporate AMEX, so I asked them to charge me in advance for the food and to close out. the tab. They refused. In order to serve me food they wanted to hold onto my card. Shady
Green beans and fish and chips....So good! Very reasonably priced (considering the location). We split a fish & chips & green beans before the Kings game and were really pleased with our meal. Great beer selection too!
Very delicious steak and lobster tail. Crab cakes were light and well prepared. The seasonal vegetables were cooked to perfection and perfectly seasoned. Very attentive and friendly service. Great job.
Came to this place on my lunch break and was seated very fast. The place was packed with guest that were there to attend the Kobe Bryant Memorial. The food was excellent and was delivered in good time. The price of food is what you would expect in a tourist area but worth the cost. The staff was ok and friendly. Great spot for food and drinks when you are in LA Live.
I celebrated my birthday today in this gorgeous place. happy to tell that it was a terrific evening and the place was evidently one of the reasons for that strong meeting. The team contributed in a gorgeous way, the cuisine was appetizing and my guests were so delighted. We shall no dout return for more events. Thank you very much.
Amazing!! I was so excited to try anchor, and it didn't disappoint. My fiancée and I split the large Rock'N Fish Restaurant , and it was warm, flavorful, and comforting to the last drop. There is a ton of crab, lobster, cod, shrimp, clams, and mussels, so it's is pretty substantial. I could probably live off just the broth and that garlic bread though!! Loved my meal here, and I'll definitely be back!
I then ordered the clam chowder. The clam chowder was so incredibly creamy and again, with chunks of clam, potatoes,etc! I must say I was incredibly full and pleased after just having two items. I know o didn't share, but my friend has the exact same order! Again if you're in the mood for some great seafood Rock'N Fish Restaurant and in the Castro this is a place to go and a must! Well worth the wait!
