In 2011, the Galveston Bay Foundation partnered with Tommy’s Restaurant and Oyster Bar in Clear Lake to begin recycling oyster shell from the restaurant to be used in restoration projects in Galveston Bay.

This was a great experience. First time there. Escargot was on point. Raw oysters with mignonette was awesome. Go during happy hour for some great deals on oysters and other appetizers.
Food and service is amazing. Mike and Greg were our waiters and were great! We ran a little late leaving and they were very patient. I never felt like they were thinking "get the hell out of here already". My family and I have been coming here for years driving one hour to get there. Oysters are always top notch. Shrimp Diablo is the "bomb diggity"
Just all around pleased. I liked the food, I like the bread with dipping oil and spices. I even liked the water glasses. I liked the service. I had the stuffed shrimp Ponchartrain, ( not sure I spelled that correctly) damn, no seconds. This is one of those places where I would like to sit in a corner of the kitchen and take notes as well as take in the aromas.
Great shrimp. Excellent service. Wine selection was good ... no complaints. My husband really enjoys the Oysters Rockefeller.
Great food, nice ambiance and friendly waiter. It's been years since we've been to Tommy's and we realized that's way too long. We won't let that happen again. The grilled seafood platter was great. A large assortment of well seasoned fish and shrimp. The blackened salmon was especially good. The veggies are also very good - carrot souffle, green beans and corn. Lots of good food, but I didn't feel stuffed. My wife had the tuna steak and said it was tasty. Prices are $25+, but I felt they were reasonable for the quality of food and experience we had.
Had a wonderful experience. Our waiter Michael was on point and very personable. Tonight was our Valentines dinner and it couldn't of been better. Just wish I had room for dessert.

First time going after driving by many times. Very clean and upscale although casual vibes. Our dining guide was Jeremy. He was very helpful with drink and dinner suggestions. Had the escargot appetizer. Dinner was yellowfin tuna and fried seafood platter. Husband and I were very pleased with EVERYTHING! Highly recommend! The Espresso Martini was incredible!
The service and food at Tommy's is magnificent. I called to make reservations for my wife's birthday and I dropped off her present at Tommy's so they could bring it out with dessert. It worked out perfect she was so happy! Thank you so much Clay for helping me plan this. Also thank you to Jeromy for the 5 star service. #table55
