The Parts Department is great! They have always had everything I have ever needed in-stock. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. The Service Schools have been a great opportunity to learn more about my Speed Queen equipment. A hands-on approach from the pros, they encourage questions.Coin-O-Matic in Alsip is a also a good source for good, used Speed Queen equipment.
We h ave this coin-matic service in the co-op building where I live, lost money on my card, call the company spoke with Kathy was told to mail card with my information. Which I did and put attention judy, I miss understood and put the Name Julie, however kathy claimed that their was no card received which was not true. It is SAD that this company is cheating people out of their Money. The fact that it was only $5.00 .
