She's such a knowledgeable sweet heart. I expressed some concerns in regards to my previous laser treatments for my underarms. Based off of her expertise and examination she felt i would get better results by adjusting the level of intensity while lasering me. I've expressed this concern to other providers before but i didn't quite get the same response. She made me feel extremely comfortable especially other areas of my body. Aerolase overall is fantastic for any laser needs. I've also been extremely pleased with the results. Highly recommended I Started lasering my legs and bikini area. She does such an amazing job and is so thorough when lasering. Providers are extremely knowledgeable and have a great memory and paying attention to minute details when focusing on the little things that you want. I won't see anybody else ! I had fungus toe and wanted hairs removed on my ears, neck and back. Craft clinic treated both problems well. Their prices are more than reasonable.

Staff is very friendly. Their equipment is modern and FDA approved. I have got hair removal done at an expensive place (who spend millions on marketing) they were expensive and had hidden costs and surprises. At Craft Clinic they are very professional and probably have the lowest prices. Place look very clean and professionally managed. Word of caution: with laser hair removal you need to have some patience. Typically you require 6 treatment to get excellent results and make hairs go away permanently.

If I could give them more stars, I would! I've been here only 2 times and both times I had a wonderful experience but today was exceptional- thanks to new provider they have on board. She is great at what she does and what I love about her is that she is genuine and nothing close to a pushy sales person however, she does do a great job at making you want to keep coming here by offering you the best packages based on your needs, for the best prices. She was very thorough with everything we talked about. I have been to other laser hair treatments around town but It was the most relaxing, educational experience I ever had. She told me why she was doing what, was very gentle and it was a nice treatment. It did not feel like a quick in and out like it did last time at other place. I'm definitely going to save some money and make sure I come back and get the services that Craft Clinic offered. You could feel from the gentle swift and virtually painless treatment she has done numerous such procedures. Whole location gave a welcoming expression. I had got done my underarms at an other place and though I provider their used local anesthetic cream I still could feel pain. But here at Craft the Aerolase they use is so gentle that I hardly felt if was being treated. I saved 30 dollars on anesthetic cream which they offered anyway but told me that considering the gentleness of laser it would not be necessary and I DID NOT NEEDED A LOCAL ANESTHETIC CREAM. I would recommend this place to anybody who want a detailed, attention to minute concerns, yet professional and with best results
