DecorNDesign is a local company based in the Greater Seattle Area offering wedding and special event decorations and designs. Started in 2003 by Lena who had a dream and passion to make weddings a magical and a once in a lifetime event that would be remembered for a lifetime. Thus DecorNDesign was born.

Very professional service
definitely not recommend
I would give them a 0 if i could. Lena was recommended so I gave her a chance. Her phone never works. She informed me she read my email and will contact me back. She never contacted me or reply back to my emails. She doesn't respond to the Facebook messages even though she was updating her Facebook page. I repeatedly call her and she informs me she is busy at a family function. It was unprofessional, If she didn't want my business she should have informed me rather than tell me she would contact me back. Wasted two months playing phone tag with her.
Horrible experience. 45 days before my wedding and they tell me they can't do my wedding because they have a soccer tournament that same weekend. They made me very stressed and no one should go through that. I do NOT recommend.
As a worker of this business, I shall say this is a great place to be in. The boss is very kind to me and my colleagues. She treats her clients with respect and kindness and makes sure that they are satisfied with the business that they chose. I definitely reccomend to try decor & design if you are having a wedding. This is an honest opinion of mine. Keep the work up and all will be good.
