I had the best experience from the time I was in the ER, admitted, and discharged. Every aide, nurse, and doctor were very pleasant and things were explained to me in detail. I was very well taken care.

I have had nothing but great experiences at Denver health as a patient, Care coordinator and as a visitor. The staff is always friendly & willing to help. Today was an even better experience while getting an ultrasound. It was nothing like the ultrasounds I’ve had before. Kathleen W. (RN & Sonographer) made this experience so special for me. She was so kind and caring you could tell she has a heart of gold♥️ The communication during my visit & how she explained everything to me during the ultrasound really made me feel like patient care was very important. I've always had such a great experience here at Denver Health. But especially at the level one physicians clinic. Starting with the clerical staff, to the medical assistants and the doctors! Highly recommend!
Dr. Keeley is always pleasant and the staff at Level 1 is always helpful and they do it with a smile. I've never had a bad experience there and enjoy going when I have appts. Some times the wait is a little long due to the volume of people, but I don't mind the wait since the staff is always nice and helpful...
The doctors are okay, if they aren't on a '15 minutes per patient schedule' however the phone system is a nightmare. There is 1 phone number for everything and they barely pick it up. If you are lucky to get an answer, good luck talking to the person you want. It doesn't seem like the different offices or even departments work together. Must be a lot of outsourcing which is unfortunate for the patients. They also continue to send my prescription to the wrong pharmacy after updating them multiple times. Really depends on who answers if you are going to be helped. I needed a prescription refill and no one could find my doctor so I was stuck in limbo for a daily medication that I cannot skip a day on. Myself and my pharmacy had to continuously follow-up and all the staff made me feel like I was being a bother. I am switching to a smaller office with a full staff who cares.
I love LOVE DH have been a client since 1980 as an indigent patient and as a DHMP currently. The care I have received has always been consistent and very professional also love My Chart wish it would move my appointments to my calendar. I recommend DH to everyone!
Denver Health is one of the best medical establishments that I have ever received care from!!! All the Dr’s, Nurses, Health care techs, CNA’s etc. are highly skilled and knowledgeable about their profession. I have never had a bad experience there yet and have been receiving care there for the last ten years. Top notch care in my opinion!
I have never had a problem here! Dr.’s are very knowledgeable. Scheduling appointments online is super easy and being able to manage your billing online is also very convenient! I have had to call the billing department and the representatives I have spoken with are very interested in making sure all your concerns are met! Very happy being a patient here!

I've been shopping dental implants online and had difficulty obtaining information from your website, so I went into the Denver Health Dental location in the Webb building. I was greeted by a woman named Dor Williams. Her initial introduction was warm and very professional. She listened well, and was compassionate about my cancer surviving situation. She is a very well informed, excellent member of your team.
