Divine Celebrations has been my vendor of choice whenever a special event is on the horizon. Over the last 10 years they have planned and decorated my wedding, babyshower, and children's parties. The level of service and attention to even the most minute detail is excellent. Whether my budget is large or small they find a way to make my events even greater than what I envisioned. If you want great service and an extraordinary event, then Divine Celebrations is the company for you!
From looking at pictures and such, this place does great work. As far as customer service, it is awful... I would give it a "0" if I could. I called and made an appointment Thursday to come in 2 days later on a Saturday at 3PM. I drove an hour to this place from my house to meet with Shauntel and she never showed up. When I phoned her to ask her about it, she acted like I lied about the appointment and said no one would have made an appointment for you today because I have a wedding. I kindly told her, someone in your office made me an appointment for today. She was extremely unremorseful and kept saying no they didn't as if I was lying about it. The employees in this office should really communicate with one another. I wasted my entire day driving an hour there and 2 hours back (traffic was horrific) for such a rude, ungrateful woman. The least she could have done was seemed remorseful and apologized for the inconvenience caused by her and her staff. I posted a review on facebook and she proceeded to try and basically call me a liar and argue with me. How unprofessional is that?!
This company delivered a chair to our facility and acted with very low standards in business practices, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, The tall girl really don't care to know her name was so rude and disrespectful to everyone, claiming she was going far away and needed to drop off this chair, 2hours earlier than the scheduled time, while a paid event was going on. She exibited no class whatsoever, unbelievable for the type of service they give it's a shame that you would come to someone's establishment and cause such a scene at a 50th b-day celebration shame on you. I would never refer another client to you guys ever again. We have 4 locations and will stop referring from all locations. Ur delivery staff for 09/17/17 should be fired.
This is a wonderful and professional company, they have done a few events for me. I love everything they do and how they give you the white glove treatment.
This is my go to company when looking for professionalism and perfect execution of any vision I have in my head. The way Shauntel and staff pay attention to detail is commendable and I as a business owner and someone in the industry appreciates you handling me and my clients with so much care each time. You have earned a lifetime client!!
I must say when I told my mommy my theme for my baby shower she went to divine celebration and I knew miss Shantell was excited to make my baby shower dream come true when I tell you everything was amazing from decoration to my table me and my boyfriend was seating at on the stage to the treat table I had no words but wow this is beautiful even my boyfriend was shock like omg this is amazing work I didn't think it was going to be like this but I wanted to say thank you for all your hard work and I truly appreciate we will definitely be using you again for all our parties .... please book her for all your events you will be surprise ... thank you 😘
I truly don't even know where to start , my experience with Divine Celebrations was simply amazing !!! I was hooked from the first call Divine celebrations was very professional I told them my vision and they made it happened, the safari theme baby shower was straight out of a fairy tale book . Thank you Shauntel you and your staff went above and beyond my guest were simply amazed by the decorations they said they fell they were attending a celebrity's event , thank you so much again I give you guys 1000 stars stay tune for baby's christening and the Wedding .
Let me just brag on Shantel and Divine Celebrations real quick ! When I tell you she went above and beyond my expectations. My guest left asking for her contact information. Thank you again Divine Celebrations for making our baby shower and event to remember. Soooooo about that first birthday party lol.
