Best company in the biz!
I used to freelance for Magnum, they never once paid me on time or without hassle. The labor coordinator is temperamental and will get mad at you and not give you work. The equipment they rent is old and not maintained well. Prices are hugh and the other two positive reviews are employees of the company.
Always very friendly and helpful, they come with solutions! They will go the extra mile to make events perfect!
Sometimes it's hard to get through to them., they close too early... if you need something say before the event starts, good luck... last minute equipment rental fail. And yes, the 5 star reviews are from the few well paid employees who are great people.
Magnum not only provides quality service with the most current products, but they go above and beyond! I've never had a meeting or an event in which Magnum didn't have extra gear - for the 'just in case' situations. I appreciate that Magnum is current (and often ahead of the curve) with trends in the industry and regularly present updated gear and creative options to my company!
