As an audiologist for the past 25 years, Dr. Seaborg has dedicated her professional life to the evaluation and treatment of disorders of the auditory system, including both the hearing and balance mechanism. She has enjoyed participating in the dramatic advances in hearing aid technology and the improved procedures for treating balance problems. In addition to providing comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, Dr. Seaborg specializes in the follow-up care necessary for rehabilitation. With a doctorate in Audiology, she is the most highly trained professional to rehabilitate hearing loss.

Dr. Seaborg has been incredibly helpful and patient while fitting me with my hearing aid. I have worn an aid most of my life so I am quite picky. She has shown not only great patience but a genuine curiosity and eagerness to make the fit as perfect as can be. Unlike many audiologists who push back and "counsel" me to learn to live with it, she has encouraged me to get the hearing that I want from the device. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needs expert care.
Personable, knowledgeable, solved great hearing loss because of cancer treatments. How? She shared with me that most hearing aids can be retrofitted. So I started asking everyone I know because I could not afford aids after all the treatment and other damage control. And lo, and behold, a friend had a pair, brand new. Christiana retrofitted them at a modest cost. The rest was up to me. At first, I didn't like them because I could hear everything...and they were a bother, and scary because what if I broke one or lost one. Pooh! With her encouragement, I wore them all the time, everyday. And my hearing got better. I became used to sounds. I can hear people in the back of a plane or restaurant, on the stage, at a conference and on. Because of her willingness and desire to train me to be a hearing person again. Dr. Seaborg was recommended to me by a friend,after I told him I was tired of saying "huh?" about 50 times a day! She is also highly rated on Angie's List, so I made an appointment. Dr. Seaborg is very knowledgeable, professional and patient. She explained everything thoroughly and found just the right product to fit my needs. The adjustment to wearing hearing aids was easy and followup was scheduled to be certain that there were no problems. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs help with a hearing problem.
I have been a member of Christinas office for a few years now. I have found her to be very knowledgeable and easy to deal with when I have any problems with my hearing aids. I have to travel almost an hour to get to Christinas office so you must know that I think highly of her skill.
A family member recommended Christina Seaborg. I have received hearing aids and have been very pleased with the results. She recommends what she feels will work best with your hearing loss. I was able to try hearing aids away from her office and decide if they were what I needed. Most places do not offer this option.
Dr. Seaborg was recommended to me independently by two friends who were each very pleased with their experience. I had been to two other hearing specialists before Dr. Seaborg but didn’t follow through because it just didn’t feel right. I found Dr. Seaborg to be very understanding, very patient and thorough in assessing my hearing needs and in determining the appropriate solution. In fact, she let me try two different devices to take and use in the actual setting for one of my hobbies to determine the best one for me. I consider her a knowledgeable, professional advisor. She will explain as much or as little as you want to know about hearing loss and devices. She is not just selling equipment. Almost two years later, I have worn my hearing aids every single day and they have enhanced my life. I am very pleased with the entire experience.
In two office visits I was hearing things I didn't know had sounds. Wears great, I never have to say 'what' and lean closer, and closer... Had been told before that they really would not work for me... They Work! Price was much better than I was expecting as well. Happy camper here!
Dr. Seaborg is extremely professional and patient. She explains the process and results. There was no pressure to purchase hearing aids. She considered my lifestyle (job, time outside) in deciding what would work best. The day I went to pick up my hearing aids, she decided a different brand would be better suited. The next day these were available. She continues to provide lots of support even after the fitting. Can't imagine an audiologist being more helpful. Completely pleasant experience.
I am 39 years old and have a hearing loss. I cannot understand consonants in conversation, nor can I understand whispers. My ears also 'recreate' sounds that they have heard. Hearing evaluations are some of the most humiliating experiences I have had because I have to come face to face with the fact that I cannot hear. Just because of that reason, I hated going to have my hearing tested. I was beyond amazed at my visit with Dr. Seaborg. Technology has advanced so much that she was able to program my hearing aids and tell what I could and could not hear, through the use of new technology. I am grateful to have an audiologist who is sincerely empathetic to those of us with a hearing loss.
