The receptionist has a bad attitude
I had an appointment with Dr. Visconti. I have known her for a few years through my ENT specialist's office. She has always been clear and informed regarding hearing loss, prevention, and hearing devices. I must compliment her, and the entire office staff, for not over selling or pushing hearing aid products. Having to postpone, for a few months, acquiring a hearing device, I never felt self-conscious or awkward, in doing so. The staff is quite attentive and courteous, and my appointment time was kept quite promptly. Thanks!
Waste of time. They require that you give them a credit card up front and sign a document saying that they will charge that card for any thing that insurance doesn't cover, but they won't tell you how much the service will cost up front either. This is the equivalent of writing them a blank check. No thanks.

I really appreciate the time and effort that Dr. Ariel put toward my testing. I have been suffering from muffled hearing for quite some time and needed to find out why. I went to NYHD for the first time and was very pleased. The office looks like a comfotable living room, the receptionist was so nice and friendly, and the doctors were vwry welcoming. Dr. Ariel made me feel as of I was speaking with a friend. She kept eye contact while asking about my symptoms, she constantly asked if I was ok while going through the various tests and she was very well informed. Instead of diagnosing me right away, she suggested I follow up with my ENT to see if he also agreed with her findings of my test results.
Dr. Kaspar goes far beyond expected norms in providing thoughtful guidance, hands-on assistance and meaningful advice. He is an outstanding practitioner.
The professional approach of New York Hearing Doctors has been consistent and excellent. They respond quickly and take good care.
I have been a client for several years. Very helpful. Staff couldn't be nicer or more effective. Docs excellent. Would definitely recommend for first-timers or long-standing looking for a new provider.
I am extremely pleased with Dr. Kasper and his colleagues. I have been impressed by the amount of care and time that Dr. Kasper has taken to test, listen to me and to make sure that I have the right technology for my situation. I have been particularly pleased by Dr. Kasper's willingness to explain issues and to take time to make adjustments as I have gotten used to my hearing aids.
My experience with Dr. Kaspar and NY Hearing Doctors has been first rate. His explanations are thorough and concise and I have been happy with his recommendations. Also, the office staff is unfailingly pleasant and helpful.
