I took Jill's class in Atlanta a few months ago and it is fantastic! I'm excited for this new space. Jill is a great teacher and keeps the class engaged with her knowledge of the subject matter, both from her medical background and her training in Vedic Meditation. This method of meditation really works. I am already feeling the stress start to leave and more focus and clarity showing up in its place. I can hardly wait for my next meditation.

I recently took Jill's meditation class, and I highly recommend the experience. I've attended other meditation education, and nothing ever "stuck" for me. I found it too frustrating and/or uncomfortable. The Vedic method is easy and accessible to all. Even though I've only been meditating for a week, I've already begun seeing positive influences of the practice. I have more patience with my son (more adaptive energy) and my health has improved.

Jill's 4 day class on meditation was a great experience! I've practiced what she taught us and it's been a wonderful journey. I completed my four part course in Conscious Meditation almost 2 weeks ago and it has been a life-changing experience for me. Jill’s enthusiasm for Conscious Meditation is contagious and her warm, welcoming personality drew me in immediately. I am honestly amazed with how much my new meditation practice has already positively impacted my life. I am now drawing from a MUCH deeper well of patience (adaptive energy) that I am able to replenish effortlessly all on my own! For several years, my patience reserves were terribly low and I had very little energy. My baseline emotional state was one of anxiety, stress and negativity. I now start and continue through each day with a general feeling of peace, calm and positivity! I struggle a lot with anxious thoughts and a general lack of ability to handle change and stress without freaking out. I have been trying to incorporate meditation into my daily life for over a year because I know the benefits are huge, but haven’t been able to find a method that “clicked” with me. In 4 classes of practicing with Jill I feel like I have found a love for meditating and on day 6 of practicing meditation, I feel a little lighter and more calm already. I was pretty sure I’d be her first client who needed remedial classes, but it’s such a simple but powerful practice and I WANT to keep meditating. Jill is warm and funny and so knowledgeable but still super relatable. I loved the class atmosphere and felt lots of love for the other meditators-in-the-making in my group.

My results were almost immediate - I sleep better and have more energy through out the day (just to mention a few). The instruction was excellent and addressed most of the resistance points I had and dispelled some of my preconceived ideas. Her discussion of Adaptation Energy (it's on the home page of her site). perfectly described what I was feeling and the struggle I was facing. Choosing this path and Jill as my instructor has been one of the most rewarding decisions I have ever made. Don't sit on the fence ... take the step. I'm certainly happy that I did.
